Really disappointed in the service I received. I was quoted and told that my basement would be mitigated and put back together for the dollar amount specified. To my surprise, upon completion of the water mitigation component of the work I was given a card and told to reach out to another department for an estimate on getting my basement put back together. I had an independent contractor come out and he stated to me that I was being charged 3x the amount he would have charged me for the work completed. We paid an excess amount of money for a team to tear up our basement and start a few fans. Read your fine print if you work with this company.

Colton, Doc and Wazzy did an amazing job with cleanup after we had a backup in our basement. Very professional and careful. If we ever need these services again, we will call Servpro again! Thanks!

Carlos, Gabe, Wazz, Curt, and Jose were respectful, professional, polite, and worked effortlessly, efficiently, and effectively to clean up and dry up my flooded basement. Highly recommend-Curtis and his crew Antonio and Allen. They were very professional and thorough. They were ontime and explained everything in detail. They offered to help me with moving and clearing things out. This crew was great during this stressful & displaced time for our family. Thank you ALL!! *leak was in upstairs bathroom that caused damage in downstairs bathroom & kitchen. Servpro came within hours.
