I know this will go no further than your company but when the guy came from Entrusted I thought he was from my insurance company not from John Moore, they will not be getting a good review from me either. So this guy is a good salesman and before I knew it, I was hooked. I did not realize your company did not do any kind of documentation or reach out to my insurance company. Your reviews on BBB horrified me. I don’t like your business plan and I don’t like hidden fees as looks like your motive of operation. I am getting out before any major work is done. Little has been done in the total of 3 hours your people have spent at my house. So buyer beware of your company.

I have nothing but great things to say about Entrusted and their hard workers. My house sprung a leak and caused some pretty serious damage. Entrusted was prompt, informative and extremely professional. They maintained excellent communication with me DAILY and provided me with a roadmap of what to expect during the repair process. Tim Newman, Nate Free, and Joey Downey have been stars during our transition. I would definitely recommend this company!

After getting a wildly ridiculous estimate for water damage repair from another company, Entrusted came out and gave us a phenomenal experience. They were fair, kind, honest, and patient, walking us through the entire remediation process from start to finish. Every individual we interacted with were absolutely stellar and we can’t recommend this company enough. They made a difficult and stressful scenario easy to deal with, and that is worth more than money can buy. Thank you!
