I had a water line break in my kitchen at 10PM at a rental unit. The tenants called my wife, my property manager. We immediately called Pulliam Restoration, as we have used them in the past with excellent results. They were on site within 30 minutes. Set up the equipment and my unit was dry within two days. The cost was very fair. Highly recommend them

Jesse and Jon with Pulliam have been wonderful to work with and have tolerated my very serious but uncommon concerns as someone who has recently been diagnosed with mold illness, They are the 3rd remediation company we’ve hired because the first 2 we’re not honest about multiple things which allowed our mold situation to worsen and led to even more unnecessary expenses along the way. Pulliam was not the cheapest company we found yet they worked with us considerably on costs and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the post remediation results. If you understand the severity of hidden mold inside your home and want to hire a company that will be thorough, knowledgeable and honest, and you don’t want to end up paying for services that didn’t solve the issue or made it even worse, then Pulliam is who you want. You can shop around for cheaper rates but you will probably just find lower quality, knowledge and workmanship.

When we had a kitchen fire, Pullium came right out. Chris was always in communication not just with me but with the insurance company, making the process run smoothly and quickly. They were very professional and reliable. John , who came out to clean the ducts was super helpful, showing me what he was doing and explaining some of the process. I would recommend Pullium Restoration to anyone who s has a fire. The only downside to my experience was that they do not restore homes but commercial buildings. However all the tear out from cleaning to the abatement process, to standing up to insurance on customer’s behalf, they were outstanding Thank you to everyone who was involved in this process!

When a giant pine tree decided to slice through our home in a fierce storm, my husband and I were absorbing the shock of it all…. Pulliam Restoration to the rescue. With their quiet professionalism, their knowledge of how to assist us, their quick and efficient response, their crews began the process of getting us back on our feet.
