I would definitely NOT recommend this company at all. They are THE most unorganized, unprofessional group I have ever met. My mother in law has water and smoke damage and they were very prompt in responding to the initial call. However, trying to get them to answer the phone or emails afterwards is a nightmare. Getting the list of restored vs non restored items was a nightmare as well and things they said were restored came back still smelling of smoke and mildewed or didn’t come back at all until we FINALLY got ahold of Josh who assured us that our stuff was just separated into another vault and would be returned. Some items they said were not restored were actually broke but their team because they were not broken when we left the house. Our items were eventually returned, however, we got back cushions that were supposed to be restored that were BLACK and smelled of smoke. No one ever took responsibility for this at all and I am sure we will still be charged. Completely unacceptable! My mother in law has an electric recliner that she now cannot use because half her electrical cord is missing. Completely dissatisfied and can’t believe these other people had such raving reviews to be honest

Dennis and his team did a great job cleaning our carpets to prep for the sale of our home. We had a short window to work within and they were able to squeeze us in last minute. Great communication and customer service.

All of the staff with Kelley Klean did an amazing job. They were kind, quick, efficient, and answered all of our questions and walked us through the work they did. We had a huge job for them and they did great without any issues. I cannot recommend this company and their crew enough. Wonderful people that do a wonderful job.

They have all been extremely prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. From moisture issues to full blown restoration and remodel, Kelley Klean is our go to and their work has always been stellar!

Kelley Klean did an amazing job with a water restoration service project at my property. When called, a team member was dispatched immediately to evaluate the issue and give an estimate. After that was approved, work began quickly. All members were helpful and communicative throughout the entire process!

I am a property manager in Columbia and we had a flood in one of our buildings on Easter Sunday. I contacted Kelley Klean and they were on site within 45 minutes….on a holiday!!!!! Their employees were so helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and positive! They explained every step and answered all of our questions with patience and professionalism! I would not hesitate to call them again for any restoration needs.

We had flooding our basement two years ago, and our insurance company suggested we contact Kelley Klean. They came out quickly, getting rid of the water, and they made sure everything was dried out before they removed their fans/equipment. It was a relatively small project for them, but they still treated it as urgent and paid close attention to the necessary details. I’d definitely recommend them.
