I was very pleased to work with Flood damage restoration. Our entire basement had flooded and they were on the scene very quickly, with fans, etc.. The demo/drying team was professional, timely and very good with communication. I can tell the owner Steve really cares about his company and customers and would do business again!

Steve and Mitch were so awesome and so knowledgeable!! They were so kind throughout this whole process and gave us everything we needed for our flooding. I would 100 percent recommend them for anything and everything you need!

I would give 10 stars if I could! I can’t say enough positive things about this company. The owner returned a call Friday evening with my recent water damage in my basement. He not only answered all my questions but sent his crew out to swing by and check. They ended up setting up dehumidifiers and almost 20 fans to properly dry out my basement before a long holiday weekend. I am so grateful with the quality and speed of their hard work! They even helped me with part of the insurance processing paperwork and continued guidance throughout the rest of the project. If anyone is ever in need of assistance call this company! They made an extremely stressful situation manageable and I’m so grateful for all their help! Thank you Steve and Mitchell!

I had the unfortunate need for FLOOD DAMAGE SERVICES but the very distinct advantage of being able to rely on Steve Dennison and his crew of exceptional, talented, and skilled experts to call upon. These gentlemen set the gold-standard. They are hard-working, reliable, consistent, and meticulous. I hope NEVER to have to go through the terrible ordeal of a “basement deluge” again as long as I live… but if I do – I’ll be calling upon FLOOD DAMAGE RESTORATION of COLORADO SPRINGS to save my a*# (again). I had a water heater leak for who knows how long. After the plumbers turned things off, I called Flood Damage Restoration. Surprisingly, two guys came out in an hour, after 5pm. Very respectful of my property and very knowledgeable of all the things that could go wrong with flood damage. They took measurements and determined the extent was minimal, only needing a few fans for a few days. I was even more pleased when they said they wouldn’t charge me for the visit and advised on how to set the fans up. Great guys. Real professionalism. Couldn’t recommend more.

Recently had my rear faucet bib burst due to freezing. I called and spoke to Steve, who assured me everything would be fine, asking questions and answering all my questions. Mitchell and his team were responsive, professional and took the time to explain everything to me and also conducted daily check-ins. I highly recommend Flood Damage Restoration!

Sewage backup in the basement-Tony and Lindsey came out that evening to run some tests and explained what the tests would indicate and what the options where for restoring the basement to an acceptable living conditions. Very informative and explained everything in terms that where understandable and gave us their professional opinion of the situation. Mitchell and Steve followed as the clean up crew and surveyed the damage and went in depth on the corrective measures that would be required. They got the basement empty of everything damaged while giving us the opportunity to salvage items that had sentimental value with instructions on how to clean the items properly. The entire team worked fluidly to restore the basement in a professional manner that protected my family from possible health concerns . All reports and a detail explanation followed each segment of the cleanup and where patient with answering any questions or concerns we had. This took place a week before New Year’s and we appreciate the respect they had for our personnel welfare as well as our home.

Steve and his team at Flood Damage Restoration of Colorado Springs were amazing to work with. I recently had a slow leak from my refrigerator that did some damage to my living room and kitchen. I called Steve unsure of what to do as I’ve never dealt with this situation before. Steve listened to my concerns and reassured me that his team would be able to help me and work with my insurance to get eveything taken care of. Steve’s team showed up shortly after I had called, and started the work in mitigating the situation. The team was very communicative throughout the entire process. Most days I was at work when they stopped by but they always called or texted prior to and after their arrival with an update on the mitigation. I would highly recommend working with this company for any restoration needs you may have
