**Update: I spoke with Jay the owner and he asked me to resend all documentation working towards a resolution***Disappointing that I have to write a negative review. They took care of a large insurance job when a pipe burst in our home. They damaged some items while completing work. The insurance company took care of some of it. I talked to Jay the owner about our damaged refrigerator that the insurance would not replace and he said he would take care of it. I sent him proper documentation of it. I have called about 15 times since and nothing yet. They will damage your house/items, and ghost you apparently.

Executive pro-dry was a good company to work with for service but when it comes to billing, they literally harass you. We are working with an insurance company who are busy due to storm damages. They are working on our claim. They have needed itemized invoices and had to get a couple drafts sent. We literally get text messages DAILY about payment. We can’t make the insurance company rush. They threatened to put a levy on our house if they don’t get payment. We have no control over how fast our insurance company works and we don’t have $7,000 in the bank to pay them out of pocket. We finally got a check sent from our insurance company and told them a check has been sent to us and now they are asking for proof. This is literally harassment. Will not use this company again!

My basement carpet was fully destroyed due to all the rain recently and a cracked window while I was away on vacation. These guys went above and beyond to take care of me 10/10

Had an awesome experience with Stephen, le, and Jay… They were very professional when they came through the house they put shoe booties on before they even stepped foot in the front door, much appreciated guys. On top of that they were very accepting of my dog being nosy. Most of all they gave me peace of mind knowing that the problem was taken care and I am more than happy to call them back if I ever need them again!
