DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My father used DSI for water damage in his home. They were recommended by his insurance company. It took them almost a year to finish the restoration. DSI is very unprofessional. They are inconsiderate of your time and run on their own personal schedules. The people doing the work on his home were constantly late with every excuse in the book for their tardiness. Upon contacting the company more excuses. The quality of work done on his home was subpar. The materials used were not installed correctly and they cut every corner in the book. The workers sent to his home seemed like they were learning on the job training with no supervision. We payed out of pocket to have another contractor fix the mess that was left . I would never recommend this company to anyone! My advice is to do your research!

The folks at DSI helped us fix the damage after a burst pipe. They removed all the wet stuff, replaced insulation, the carpet pad and redid the drywall. They were professional, helpful, informative, and worked with our schedule. All of the crew members were friendly and easy to work with. They got the job done without disrupting our normal schedule and the quality of the repairs was above and beyond. We had no complaints and will for sure be going with them again if the need arises. We appreciate their whole team and the work they did for us!

We hired through suggestion of our insurance company, We ended up having to end our contract with them before all work was completed due to poor communication both with us and with the employees in their own company. There was no professionalism in keeping us up to date with the timelines of work needing to be completed or when they would be coming to do what little they did complete. I highly do not recommend this company unless you want to spend months waiting for your project to be completed.

DSI was hired by a roofing company to repair interior damage to my condo caused by a roof leak. They were excellent. Courteous, efficient and professional. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend this company! They were honest, professional, and respectful of my home. They patiently answered my questions they were careful not to damage my home during the repairs. They also completed the job in a timely fashion. Plus, their work was high quality. If you have a water disaster, call this company!

I was very impressed with DSI. We had a home fire that did over $100,000 in damage. Job was our on site rep and Kent was the general contractor. They both did an amazing job. Always available same day for question and concerns. Everyone at DSI was always friendly.

Professional, quick and friendly service! The workers were efficient and friendly when working on my house and even gave my wife additional information to assist us after our repairs. Had an issue with my insurance deductible and the folks there were extremely helpful and understanding. I will never look anywhere else if I am in need of services again, can’t say enough good things about this business.
