We experienced water damage in our home this past month and, needless to say, our lives were in complete upheaval. Water had damaged our hardwood floors in the upstairs living area and came through the ceiling into the basement master bedroom and closet. After an initial company had come out to attempt mitigation (were nice enough folks, just not a lot of experience and knowledge base), we quickly had the presence of mind to contact Alex at Altitude Restoration. He SAVED our hardwood floors from requiring a complete demolition of the floors and custom kitchen cabinets, discovered and mitigated water saturation in the basement ceiling and insulation (which if undetected would have caused mold to ravage our entire home), handled all contractors/bids, and acted as the point of contact with our insurance company/adjuster. He took care of everything. The situation was stressful enough without having to worry about the competence of your trusted advisor(s) during this time of need and his expertise is the one thing we did not worry about at all. Please, take it from me – if you experience any catastrophes requiring restoration services (water damage, mold, etc.), contact Alex at Altitude Restoration. You will be glad you did….I promise!

We were flood and Alex and his crew removed the water and mold from previous flood from our neighbor and replaced all the effected drywall in a day !

Good men to fix all mold and yucky stuff in house. Owner operator have best knowledge of all company in area about fix problem. Must use them, best in all area west of mighty Mississippi river. 10/10

Alex came to help us in our house with a mold/ mildew issue. He was helpful, courteous, informative when he was helping us with the issue. He made us feel comfortable and knowledgeable with what he was doing to treat the areas that needed to be treated. We would recommend him and the company to anyone at anytime!
