Scott and Branson were so professional, quick, and courteous. They responded the same day our pipe burst in the attic, and they made the whole remediation process smooth and simple. A stressful situation, but back to normal in a quick turnaround time. Highly recommend Beacon Restoration Services!

Everyone at Beacon are very professional and prompt. They understood very quickly when explained about my disaster about the flood I had in my crawl space. Branson came out very promptly and inspected everything as well as describing in detail what can be done to remedy my water problem. He measured my stuck door and even figured out that the real problem did not come from moisture. Luckily, the space will dry itself over time and Branson was honest to tell me the truth. Most contractor would have try to convince me to do unnecessary procedure and waste my money. There was no charge for the inspection. They are the nicest, most professional, and honest people in restoration business.

Scott has been great in helping me navigate the process of submitting estimates and negotiating with my insurance company. He went above and beyond to assist me during this difficult time. Not only did his crew pack out the furniture and belongings efficiently and conscientiously, but he even assisted with the heaviest items to ensure that the pieces were not damaged. Im extremely satisfied with Beacon Restoration, Scott and Stephen are extremely professional, kind, caring and understanding. They made an extremely difficult situation a lot easier. When first called, they were at out home to assess the damage and ready to jump on the work immediately. They took the time to answer any questions we had and really easied our concerns. My husband and I both work and sometimes were not able to call them until after normal business hours. They always answered and returned all text messages immediately. They really are top notch with old school professionalism. My house looks fabulous! Im forever thankful for Scott and Beacon Restoration for the fantastic work they did putting our home back together. I would recommend them a million times over and have already spread the word. Everyone should use Beacon Restoration for these issues!

Beacon Restoration went above and beyond to finish a mold restoration project at my rent house in College Station. They worked weekends and some holidays to get my renters (college students) back in their house. They have a lot of experience working with insurance companies and helped file my claims to insure I received all I was entitled to. They answer the phone when you call!

Really appreciated how quickly they arrived to address the damage, and how considerate the team was. Not only did they manage to salvage my wet carpet so I didn’t have to get it replaced, they also gave me a discount for using their services to both dry as much water as possible, and to replace the insulation and other damages. Experienced professionals who will save you from a ton of trouble and extra expenses!
