Jason is a flat out scam artist. His company is ran on the pure need for profit and not for the care of his customers. He consistently DRUNK texted and called me, saying vulgar and very unprofessional things. His service is over-priced and not worth the work that is done. DO NOT call Jason Moshan for service.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY EVER! The owner only cares about him self and profit! Over charge! Don’t complete jobs! Don’t provide proper safety equipment for employees! I could go on and on. But karma will catch up to Jason!

1. Affordable Radon/Restoration’s mitigation system did not significantly lower the radon levels in my house. 2. Affordable Radon did not offer any guarantee that their mitigation system would significantly decrease the radon in the residence. 2. Affordable Radon did not test the radon level in my house after the system was installed. National radon standards states not to test within 24 hours, but radon levels must be measured within 30 days. I had to purchase my own test kit. 3. There were multiple code violations found in the electrical work done. 4. The technician was not certified in radon mitigation (NRPP RMT). He was only certified in radon measurement (NRPP RT). 5. The mitigation system installed at my house violated established Radon Mitigation Standards such as discharging within 2 feet above a window. 6. There was no system indicator installed to let me know that the fan was actually working. In December I measured the radon in my house at 40 pCi/L (less than 4 pCi/L is the national safety recommendation). I contacted Affordable Radon and we set up an appointment to install a radon mitigation system the first week of January. Affordable Radon promised me that the system would reduce the radon by 95% to get it under 4 pCi/L. However the system was never able to decrease the radon under 20 pCi/L which is still considered a health hazard. Affordable Radon told me to wait 3-4 weeks for the “soil extension” to be released. I did. No improvement. Later I learned that “soil extension” is not something seen in residential home radon problems. I had Affordable Radon out to my house twice to adjust the system. Still no improvement. I had to hire a second radon mitigation company to remove the system Affordable Radon installed and install a new radon mitigation system. Within 3 days the radon in my house was at or under 2 pCi/L. A radon mitigation contract should include testing after the system is installed and guarantee reduction of radon under 4 pCi/L. I cannot recommend Affordable Radon because they do not offer any guarantee their mitigation systems will reduce the radon under 4 pCi/L.

Empty promises. Willing to take your money fast, but when work needs done can’t get a call answered. Jason is unprofessional and flat out RUDE. Tries to bully you. Stay away from this company.

I cannot say enough great things about Affordable Restoration. Every time I’ve used their services (twice) they have been prompt to respond to calls, on-time, polite, and the quality of their work is top-notch. I would highly recommend this company!

One star is too many. My house flooded, Jason came first and was very pushy to get the mitigation and the repair work job with me. I liked him and trusted him to take care of things. Two months later I’m still in a hotel, while he has his “crew” of one man working on my house when he could get there. I payed Jason $12,000 of the insurance check, keeping $1,400 til work was completed. Jason called and yelled at me saying he had to have all the money or he was pulling all of his imaginary “crew” off the job. I was stressed, homeless and being bullied for all payment before the job was complete. I knew I had to not pay him everything til the work was complete. When I had to get somebody else to finish the job my insurance (Allstate) had an adjuster meet with my new contractor. They proceeded to show me that the first check had paid for painting, baseboard and all of the recessed lights needed. Jason was double billing for things that had been paid-and hadn’t done so much of that work. I have to pay a lot out of my pocket now. I know, my bad, I’m way to trusting of people but everyone please be warned-JASON IS AN UNPROFESSIONAL BULLY THAT WILL LIE, INTIMIDATE AND DO EVERYTHING TO GET ALL THE MONEY HE CAN, BEFORE THE WORK IS DONE. If you fall for his fast talk just make sure to NEVER pay for anything with him until the work has been done-he is NOT a man of his word. Jason blamed everything on me or Allstate, but he knows he’s a player.
