We could not have had a worse experience. I’ve used Servpro in Virginia before, and they were excellent, but those in Rockledge Florida area were terrible. They were disrespectful to our property, marring cabinets when attempting to remove molding (without permission, also), removing molding to take with them and never returning it, but mostly they had terrible communication. They often arrived unannounced to service the equipment, or they would arrive an hour outside the window they said they would arrive. They refused to give a clear response on the progress or the growing charges. After maybe five days of using them, we had them pack up their equipment and leave because of how frustrating it was to work with them. We would have been better off purchasing or renting our own equipment on our own schedule than to have worked with them.

I cannot recommend Servpro of Central Brevard more strongly. I contacted them to inquire about an air duct/house cleaning for home I had just purchased and would be moving to from NY, and their estimator Bill was absolute pleasure to work with throughout! He recommended the correct amount of cleaning that needed to be done, not trying to upsell me but rather advising I dial back some items on my wish list as unneeded. Bill also dropped off and picked up an ozone machine for treatment over the weekend, so as to not disturb any other work I had being done on the home, really going above and beyond. Finally, just before his team came out for duct cleaning my neighbors had noted my AC unit was making a terrible noise, they looked at the AC, even though completely out of their scope and recommended and took care of ensuring the unit was off until I could have an HVAC tech out. Just an excellent job all around.

The team was very helpful, polite, and trustworthy. All my questions had been answered, the Crew that came out were fast and Knowledgeable. Everyone in the office that I spoke with helped this process move smoothly. I would highly recommend their Mitigation and Rebuild services.
