We called ServPro on 04/05/2024 because our finished basement had gotten completely and severely flooded as a result of our hot water heaters breaking down. Within an hour or 2 we had a wonderful company representative and general manager named Steve Malone come to our home to inspect the damages. Steve was very personable and very sympathetic after seeing our beautiful finished basement destroyed by the water. Steve explained everything that needed to be done step by step which included ripping out our entire basement and involving the severely water damaged appliances. I highly recommend this company for their expertise and for working diligently and efficiently in knowing exactly what had to be done in order to resolve this unforeseen catastrophe in our basement. His team of guys and ladies are to be commented for the excellent service they provided to our home. They were very respectful and I was especially appreciative to have them working in my basement. I will continue to use this ServPro company if necessary ( hopefully not though)! What my husband and I went through was a nightmare!!! Steve Malone is a true asset to this company and I can’t thank him enough for all that he and his work crew did for our home!!!

Over 1 year ago, we had a sewage back up in our basement. It was incredibly stressful. As a relatively new homeowner, I was also unsure of how to remedy the situation. Fortunately, Steve Malone of ServPro came and was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable AND kind! Steve and his team got us cleaned up that night and came back to follow up to make sure everything was okay. He was the perfect man for the job. One year later, we had a driver run off the road and hit our garage. While this was another traumatic situation, I was so relieved when Steve showed up again. He managed the clean up and boarding up and then connected us with contractors who repaired the damage. He worked closely with the insurance company and remained in regular touch through the process. We were so impressed by ServPro’s professionalism, response and thoroughness. And I sincerely cannot give enough praise to Steve. He was the perfect point person for these difficult situations for this homeowner! I hope you don’t need this service, but if you do, I highly recommend them!

After an accidental toilet malfunction that took out our bathroom and our dining room ceiling below, Michael and his team came through quickly, and not only demo’d /mitigated quickly and professionally ( including having to cut down the wire mesh behind our old house’s plaster walls), they also kept it clean and contained. He also explained everything every step of the way. They were awesome and highly recommend!

A family member recommended that I call Servpro because of their experience. I could not be happier with my decision to call the Servpro Clifton office. Steve and his team did an excellent job cleaning up a flood that affected a hardwood floor (and other items) on the first floor as well as the insulation along with other floor damage in the basement. The response time to my request for help was extremely quick and professional. Steve kept the line of communication open so that I was aware of each step of the cleanup process. His team was courteous and helpful with all of my requests. I would highly recommend using this service. If I could give 6 stars, I would for the excellent job done!

I was away from home on business and I came home to a blown water heater that put about 4 inches or so of water in my basement. This occurrence was a completely new experience for me and I also realized I wasn’t going to be able to handle it myself. My neighbor recommended ServPro and I reached out to the Clifton location. The dispatcher Debbie put my mind at ease explaining to me how the process would work and also detailed any upfront costs which was great. The real star of the show (and no disrespect to Debbie) was the technician El that came to my house. He walked me through everything that was going to happen after he arrived and what would be happening in the near future. El put my mind at ease and was beyond a model worker. He even turned down a tip that I tried to offer. This man not only deserves a raise but should be the person to train any new hire technicians in my humble opinion. Thanks again ServPro!!
