Our city sewer had a problem that was uncovered during a recent storm and unfortunately resulted in sewers backing up into many basements on our street. We called 911 and Rick was onsite almost immediately and started the clean up. He worked though the night and by early AM we were cleaned up and somewhat dry again. After 72 hours of his equipment running, we were nice and dry, clean, and sanitized. He stopped back every 48 hours to check the moisture in our drywall, baseboard, etc. In the end we avoided major repairs to walls and structure, I truly believe this was due to 911’s quick response and thoroughness. Some of our neighbors are still drying out while we are already moving forward with other repairs and moving back in. Rick is very professional and extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain every step and process along the way.

I cannot express how amazing Rick and this company truly is. When I contacted him for help regarding an unfortunate water damage issue in our basement, he was at my house as quickly as possible. He assessed the damage, walked us through what he would be doing to get the water/moisture out of our basement, spray for mold and rebuild! Rick called in to check on us daily to make sure everything was drying as it should. I highly recommend Rick and this company – true professionals who not only do fantastic work, but make their clients feel like family!

Rick and his team did a fantastic job with a flood at my home. Within hours of the flood Rick was there and mitigated what could have been much worse damage. Prompt, respectable, fair and efficient. Would highly recommend over anyone else!

Rick and his team were absolutely phenomenal! My business had a sprinkler pipe rupture on a Sunday afternoon. Rick and his team got our phone call because of his previous reviews, and they lived up to their reputation. Within a few short hours they were in remedying our problems. This professional team were working into the wee hours of the morning getting us taken care of so we could reopen on Monday. They absolutely took care of us from beginning to end with no hassles, problems, or any unexpected charges or fees. This is the ONLY company you should call when you have any restoration issues! Rick and his staff were amazing. They came to our home after hours and took care of an emergency water damage cleanup. They were so incredibly thorough and professional. They explained everything they were doing and why. They handled the cleanup, restoration and worked with the insurance company. I highly recommend them. They truly made a horrible situation into a pleasant experience. I cannot thank them enough!!! They were even able to work around our schedule.

Our home had mold damage to tje point of not being able to live int it. The team came in and cleaned and repaired all of the damage amd now we are back safely living in our home again. Thanks to the professionals who fixed the problem.

Rick and his amazing crew were incredible from the beginning. He’s been honest and helpful starting from the moment I contacted them. My fiancé was out of town when the flood happened, and as a new, first time homeowner, he helped me understand the steps and explained the process. They reassured me they would take care of me and the house, and they most certainly did. I hope I don’t have to call them for their services again, but I most certainly will if another flood happens and definitely recommend them to everyone.
