We had a leak in our basement causing the carpet down there to get really wet. Our service technician, Alfredo, did a great job figuring out the problem, getting the machines in place to dry out the affected areas, and allowing the new padding to get installed and the carpet put back to normal. Thanks Alfredo! Did a great job!

Daniel Adu, Fany v., Freddy C. did an excellent job helping repair everything and restoring the damage that happened because of flooding in our garage and entry way. They left everything spotless afterwards, and took out mold, and made sure everything dry after the flooding. Communicated everything really well and really grateful for their service and work.

Alfredo and his crew arrived promptly, cleaned out the soggy detritus in my basement, set up their equipment and were on their way. The next day was a holiday but they arrived early at our convenience, check that all was in order, and left us to go to our celebrations. They were here every day at the scheduled time, kept everything in working order in our drying out basement. Today they have removed their equipment, helped to restore the area as best we could. And we are all set up again. Alfred and all his people are cheerful, friendly, efficient, and very clear about what they are doing. We hope this never happens to us again, but if it ever does, we are calling Alfredo and his crew. Thank you guys for all your consideration.
