You can trust this team with any project. Servpro told us they would make our house look better than it did before it sustained damage and they kept their promise. Mike & Mikey were professional, details oriented and thorough in addressing the interior damages we dealt with at our home. While we hope to not have to deal with any emergency repairs in the future, we will be referring this team to anyone we know that has to deal with a similar situation, they are the best around.

I can’t say enough positive things about this team. They are responsive, knowledgeable and kind. They felt like a part of our family by the end of the project. Importantly for our complex situation, they were a big help in navigating the insurance process. I am confident that our rebuild would not have been completed to the standard it was and as promptly as it was if we hadn’t engaged them off the bat. Katon was the first to our downtown Chicago job site and immediately made us feel at ease and supported as he and the team completed board up and debris removal. He arrived within minutes of our call and came back several times to ensure the work withstood the weather. Mike’s leadership throughout the process was stellar, especially during the final clean up. Mike can fix anything. They communicated clearly and always followed through. They were punctual. They worked quickly with high attention to detail. They care. Though we are thrilled and grateful to be at the end of our project, we miss them!

I cannot say enough GREAT things about this servpro. Unfortunately my husband and I were victims of Captain Rooter in Chicago. They sent some unlicensed plumbers and caused a massive leak behind the walls. Talk about a disaster. Ugh. It was/is…sigh. Bobby and Greg came and saved us. Legit. Water damage is such a PIA! And it’s devastating and scary and angering. But this team, they came in, assessed the damage, got all our ducks in a row. This team is so responsive. They brought in all the equipment. They DEFINITELY know what they are doing. Fans and blowers and imaging. Top notch! We were overwhelmed when we had the flood and you can’t trust anyone and everyone is lazy. Not this crew. Not this branch. Every member of the team was excellent. I can’t remember all of their names but Greg and Bobby were our point people. They helped get us dry. They helped us file a claim with insurance. They helped us find contractors to fix the damage. I cannot say enough about this team. Probably the best service we have had from a blue collar company in at least 3-4 years. We could tell that everyone knew exactly what to do. And the best part, they got it done so quickly! Chicago Fire and Water restoration was telling us they couldn’t come out for 3 weeks! Aye. Needless to say, if you have a disaster in your home, go with this Servpro. They were EXCELLENT.

Bobby and his team are simply the best! They always go out of their way to make sure you get the best service. They do all the hard work, deal with the insurance companies directly, and restore your home or business “like it never even happened” while you go on with your everyday operation! Servpro is the only company I would ever trust with my home.

Good results. Excellent service. Technicians were polite, professional, and hard working to do the best cleaning job possible on 3 rooms of white carpeting, plus all the ceramic flooring in kitchen, 2 baths & hallways. Will definitely use again.

From the project management aspect of commercial real estate to taking care of some of the most highly valued properties in Downtown Chicago, they are one of the finest. Live in two-story condo. Discovered water falling from ceiling while in my basement. Next day learned it was from unit above me. Next day, owner made it out so we could verify and that’s when frozen pipe was discovered. I was freaked! KATON was a god send! He was all over it. Very knowledgeable and passionate about his profession. While doing his assessment, he explained what he was doing and how his equipment worked. The junior tech geek in me really appreciated that. The primary damage was in a wall connecting kitchen and front hall. KATON acted quickly, kept me abreast of next steps. This helped bring peace of mind. We avoided having to tear down walls, kitchen cabinets, and a portion of floor in front hallway. I would HIGHLY recommend him. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
