I initially contacted Miguel on Thursday, Wednesday, July 3, and despite the holiday weekend the work was completed on Monday, July 9. Miguel explained all aspects and provided options. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

This is the company to hire if you have any water/mold issues. Miguel came out in less than 24 hours and assessed the water intrusion in our basement. He provided his honest opinion and didn’t sell us any services that weren’t needed. I highly recommend Moldman.

Great experience from the time I reached out to them until the very end! Miguel was the one who came to do the initial inspection to gather information and send me a quote. He was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I truly appreciated that he was direct and transparent about what needed to be done. I highly valued his honesty during the inspection process and it was refreshing that he was not using scare tactics to try to get us to do more than necessary. He got a team to come to our home extremely fast ( would have been the next day if our schedule had worked out). Raul and another gentleman worked diligently and efficiently to get our family room taken care of. I appreciated their thoroughness and communication. I liked that they called me over to show me the work they did before applying the new drywall and they did an excellent job at repairing our ceiling. It looks flawless! Although I hope to not have to need their services again, I would definitely reach out to them in the future if need be. I highly recommend them! I value people who demonstrate integrity, honesty and strive for excellence which is something Moldman employees showed me through the entire process.

Miguel was extremely responsive to my service request to assess possible mold growth in my attic. He completed a full assessment and provided me with what needed to be done to correct the issue. He was honest to say that this wasn’t something that a mold specialist should fix and the assessment was completed at no charge to me. He also took detailed pictures of the issue so I can use them to get the problem corrected. He was on time to the appointment. Great communication and service overall!
