Thank you very much to Project Manager, Kyle and his two crews for taking care of quite a situation. My hot water heater leaked a great deal. They arrived quickly and efficiently went to work. They were all such hard workers, diligent, professional, and kind at a very uneasy time. As the leader, Kyle took charge directing and managing the crews. Attention to detail was excellent. Communication was paramount and professionalism, kindness and understanding over the situation was always in the forefront of the process. I really appreciate excellence and that was the experience with SERVPRO Chesapeake. Thank you!

Servpro is a preferred provider with our homeowners insurance company. We contacted them to handle the moisture mitigation, damage demo, and restoration. Project Manager, Kelly Mitchell, took over our project during the restoration and build stage, and ensured all work was performed to meet contractor standards and our expectations. As with any project of this magnitude, issues arose and once Kelly Mitchell took over our project, she worked through them and had them resolved within a timely manner. She was great to work with. We are happy to have our home restored and thank the local Servpro team, especially Kelly Mitchell, for a job well done.

Communication needs to improve between employees to employees and employees to homeowners. Port-a-potties should be provided for employees so then they are not urinating on the side of your home/garage. Employees need to also be mindful that homeowners may have the heat/ac on and they leave the doors wide open. I was able to enter my home and exit without even being noticed as they had the door propped open with my home full of our belongings. Anyone could have walked right in and removed anything they wanted.

From the repair estimates to restoration we received excellent, detailed service. My mom had a pipe fail in her bathroom and it flooded the surrounding areas. We called ServePro, they came out and handled everything. Even negotiating with the insurance company. We’re still in the process of rebuilding, but the mitigation of the water damage went very smoothly, and everybody was very friendly. Darrell did a great job overseeing the work. I hope you never need help, but if you do, you should call ServePro.
