Remedics did right by us!! We had a flooding incident at our house. The company who we first called (I wont give their name) for restoration weren’t playing nice with our insurance company. So the insurance company referred us to Remedics. These guys are thorough professionals! They worked with the insurance company on the estimates, & got it approved. Rob Brason was our project manager and he has been awesome right from day 1. He kept us in the loop with everything and made sure all the materials were ordered on time and the work was done right. He coordinated with all the subcontractors (flooring, drywall/painting, plumbing) and made sure everything moved along per schedule. Shout out to Holly as well who helped coordinate the pack-out/pack-in. She knows what she’s doing! Remedics have been amazing through everything and also very cooperative working with our schedule! Do not hesitate to call them for any home remediation & restoration work.

As a former employee of this company I can tell you run for your life! Remedics Restoration will take a deposit on your job 65% btw then spend it before your job starts. Your job will take months longer to complete if they ever complete it, they have thousands in outstanding subcontractor payments which prevents them from being able to get work started without searching for new contractors they’ve yet to screw over or vet. Your deposits should be used for your job, not company overhead and overdue bills. I strongly urge you to use literally other company if you have an insurance loss. Victims of house fires and water damage do not deserve to be screwed over by a shady company after all they’re already going through.

Remedics is a company I would recommend it to anyone! Constant communication and great process all around working with them. The staff are hard workers and there was a super quick turnaround from when I requested work to when they started, and they took on a project I didn’t think anyone would be willing or able to finish and did a great job with great attitudes the whole time. Management is especially great and I would recommend working with this company to anyone that needs restoration work done.

The hardwood floors which they replaced due to water damages are now buckling and cracking. Remedics will NOT stand behind their work nor will they return my calls and text messages. Do NOT use them!

We used Remedics through an insurance claim to repair damage done by a fallen tree. Our point of contacts were Andrew and Keith, they both were very knowledgeable and communicated effectively throughout the whole process. Keith was very compassionate about the situation and did what he could to make sure we were happy. The repairs were done in a timely manner and we are happy with the results for the repairs. We would recommend Remedics.
