Kamrul and Craig were our first ERX team to assist with our water leak. They did an amazing job detecting, treating, and preparing our house for the next phase. Kamrul and Craig consistently informed us of what was happening and why. Their knowledge and communication were top notch! We have been beyond pleased with this restoration process so far!! ERX made a kitchen flood and the subsequent damage repair easy and stress free as they handled repairs and dealt with our insurance company. Damon Rooney was our project manager and he was extremely customer service focused. He explained the process working w/the insurance co to pay for the repairs that the ERX contractors and vendors performed to our home. Highly recommend ERX and thank them for all the help and attention they shared with us.
