We were dreading our pack out and move but this was the easiest part of our whole restoration. Gloria and Ryan and all of the other staff were so professional and did an amazing job! Our house looks fabulous! I highly recommend this company!

We used Contents Restoration Services and very happy with the whole process. They did everything from electrical, dry wall, painting, to installing new carpet. Due to a ruptured pipe, I had water damage through areas of my house, including walls, floorboards and all of the hardwood flooring. The Contents Restoration folks immediately worked to dry out and remove damaged parts, and after insurance approval, began the repairs. They’re meticulously detailed and the result is amazing! I’m so happy to have my house back! Also, to a person, everyone with whom I spoke or interracted was awesome- showed me issues I wouldn’t have known about, answered every question I had (and I had many) and treated me with understanding and respect. I would absolutely recommend this company without hesitation.

We had a tree fall on our home July 2023 that caused extensive damage. Will of Contents Restoration was recommended to us from our insurance agent. I was going to call Paul Davis and I’m so glad I did not. I’ve heard terrible stories about them after speaking to others that have been in a similar situation. Contents Restoration was absolutely amazing. They did everything, the mitigation, the new construction, which pretty much rebuilt the top of our house. We got all new floors. Everything is so beautiful. My only regret was not using them for the pack out. I wish I would have so badly. The company I went with, All American Relocations, has been a nightmare and ruined so many of our belongings with completely careless packing and storage. Everything that Contents did for us was wonderful. Their crews were so fast, nice and professional. Big shout-out to our contractor, Joe. I have a flexible work schedule so I pretty much dealt with everything and Joe was so patient explaining everything to me since I knew nothing about construction. He is a great communicator. Anytime I had any questions for the office, Liz always got back to me almost immediately. We were displaced from our home for 5 months and dealing with Contents was so pleasant compared to all the stress I had with paperwork, etc from . the insurance company. After I wrote them our final check, they contacted me and told me that we over paid them somehow and sent us a refund check in the mail. I really appreciate their honesty because i would have never known. I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed if you choose them.

With the incredible rains we had in Charlotte yesterday, our basement flooded. We contacted our trusted plumber, Tim Breault, who recommended Will and his team….and they did not disappoint. By 8:00 PM (called them late afternoon), the work was done!!!! Thank you Will and team. I hope and pray we never need you again, but if we have a restoration issue again, you will be our first call.

Came home to water gushing out of the bottom of my gas water heater. Called Contents Restoration and they actually picked up the phone at 5:30 on Friday afternoon!!!. They were at my house within the hour with 3 guys, 1 lady. 5 minutes later after they came, a licensed plumber (their referral) got there to get the water all shut off and assess the situation. The water was all cleaned/sucked up, baseboards removed and 7 fans along with a big dehumidifier were put in to begin the drying process. I would recommend this company any day, all day!

I would give zero stars if I could. Had them come out due to water damage. They hardly did any work (asbestos was found and the abatement company did some work that they oversaw but that was about it). For starters, they wouldn’t even do any work until I filled it with my insurance (even though I told them I would pay), then they took forever to send the invoice (holding up payment to me for the actual work to do repairs), then they filed completely ridiculous charges to my insurance company which I disputed over the phone with my insurance company (equipment that was never on my property like an air scrubber and an on-site trash bin). Somehow they convinced my insurance company to pay, now they need me to sign the check but are refusing to send me an itemized invoice (because they know when I see it, it will not stand). There was so much miscommunication and evasion of questions and lots of dragging their feet. They really try to take advantage of the insurance company!! Stay far far away!

Unbelievable how customer service oriented and the high quality of work this company has. Dawn, Ryan and the rest of the crew are phenomenal to work with and can make life easy and stress free in the most uncomfortable and chaotic situations. I highly recommend this company. You won’t regret it
