As a community manager, working with Andrew, Ryan, and Tiffany has been amazing! The care they took with our resident was wonderful! here are her very own words: “THANK YOU so much for completing everything that needed to be complete for the unfortunate events that had happened in my apartment. The work and the hours that were put into the apartment was handled with care and patience and what was more appreciated was the timing of the completion. I appreciate everything what was done and and the work turned out amazing. We had the unfortunate experience of a large scale water leak that flooded the first floor and garage of our residence. We contacted ServPro at 6:30am and the had two techs onsite within an hour. Anthony D. And Justin were incredibly helpful, respect, informative and knowledgeable. They made every effort to salvage our possessions and care for our family. They’ve since returned daily to inspect the progress and provide detailed updates. We feel very fortunate to have the team ServPro sent and confident that our home will be properly restored.

I was in complete disarray when our home had a fire. I called Servpro due to their good reputation and boy am I happy I did! They have amazing people! Most importantly was Ryan Carrol! What a great person. He made us feel relaxed and comfortable with everything. It has been hard bit completely tolerable due to Ryan and his amazing employees. Our home is in good hands and I know it’s going to be beautiful when they are done with it. I recommend them to anyone and everyone who has a disaster in their home. They will not disappoint! Thank you Ryan!

Always appreciate kind workers, clean setups/break-downs, and swift responses. Anthony and Frankie came through with a roof leak my parents experienced recently and were in and out of the house in no time at all and gave us all the information we needed to move forward. They laid out tarps to protect the floors and furniture and for easy clean up. They didn’t mind my dogs trying to give them some kisses and they were very kind and professional. Thanks again, guys!

Anthony and Frankie with Servpro of North Chandler are a professional team, they tackled the situation in a systematic manner. Frankie and Anthony didn’t rely on the obvious, they identified the start of the issue and made our home and family safe by discovering hidden mold. They are both polite and answered all my questions, they are great assets to Servpro.

*** UPDATE: 11/06/2023 *** It is apparent to me that there is a reinvigorated engagement by ownership within ServPro. Today I received a call from Travis who expressed his regret at my negative experience here, and his sincerest apologies. He explained the changes he’s initiated at the Chandler location, and his plans for continued improvement in customer service. In addition, he also made the issue right by me, for which I didn’t expect, but I am grateful. As such, I feel that my trust is restored and feel comfortable in both updating my rating, as well as this recommendation of ServPro to others. Thanks to Travis for the time and attention that demonstrates that ServPro actually cares about the quality of work they provide. Previous Review for historical reference: I had a room that needed a deep cleaning of the entire room (including the overhead fan, and removal of some adhesives left on the wall), and severe pet odor removal. The first day the technician Dan, and his crew, came out to perform the service. Dan left to go to another job, and his crew remained to perform the work. The crew were in and out within a little over 2 hours. They “cleaned” and set up a hydroxyl generator and a fan to filter the air overnight. Upon my inspection after the first day, the walls were still dirty, areas near the air register were filthy, and stains on the walls and shelves still very much present. The adhesives were also still present, and the overhead fan was still dirty. Upon testing with a cloth, I was able to remove the filth with a swipe on the wall, which means they didn’t even attempt any cleaning of the walls at all. I also emailed Jermaine the project estimator about this, with no reply. Dan returned the next day to retrieve the hydroxyl generator, fans, and go over what was done. I pointed out that none of the filth was cleaned, and all of the adhesives were still present. Dan was definitely unhappy with the work his crew performed, and proceeded to clean the walls and remove adhesives himself. On top of that, the sliding door that they were also charging me to clean was still completely filthy. Dan offered to clean the sliding door but in the interest of time, I told him to just take it off the bill and I could do that myself. Ultimately, he finished, and while much improved, there are still areas that can be cleaned with a simple finger swipe. All of this for over $1800! For the price paid, I feel I could have simply just hired a maid or cleaning service that would have done a much better job. A hydroxyl generator rental is only roughly $200 for 24 hours, and a cleaning service would do a much better job for a lot less. My expectation of a restoration service would be… restoration. Their tagline even says, “like it never even happened”, right? It should be, “Like we were never even there.”

SERVPRO quickly responded to our emergency. The contractors that came into our home were professional and respectful. They were very knowledgeable, and did an excellent job drying out, and mitigating damage to our flooded basement. I would highly recommend them. I am a general contractor and own my own construction company.

Servpro was very responsive when we had a flood in our house. In less than an hour of calling them, they arrived, started assessing the damage and began the process of drying out our home. They were empathetic and professional. They communicated with me all through the process so I wasn’t faced with any surprises. Servpro is a great company to work with and I would highly recommend them.
