After encountering a puffback in my house. I had no idea what to do, to be honest I had no clue I was having a puffback. When I started to notice black soot on my walls and on my kitchen table I knew something wasn’t right. When I inquired about a restoration company I’m glad I chose Hands On Restoration. When I spoke to Matthew Bicknese I knew I was in good hands. He came to my house within an hour just like he said. He informed me on what needed to be done. By 9am the next morning there was a crew ready to start cleaning. Everyone was so nice and professional. Matt informed me on what was happening every step of the way. I highly recommend Hands On Restoration.

Hands on Restoration was so great during the entire process. I felt absolutely upside down when my house was flooded but they came in and saved the day. They were so responsive and considerate, really made me feel calm during the all of my craziness. The never made me feel like I was asking too much and their attention to detail helped assure me that I had nothing to worry about. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Hands-On is a thorough and professionally run business. They went to work the very first day that I saw water coming through my downstairs kitchen ceiling. John and Matthew were very calming and reassuring that soon this would all be just a memory. They also helped with our insurance so that this project could get done in a timely manner. Dominic who did the brunt of the work for us did an excellent job and treated us and our home with great respect. Our home was soon mold free thanks to his hard work. I would highly recommend Hands-On restoration for their Swift cleanup of the mold and very devoted and friendly service. If Ever I have this kind of problem again I would definitely hire hands on restoration. Thanks so very much to everyone at hands on restoration.

Very professional company from beginning to end. We had a pipe burst in our basement that left a good amount of water there. Hands on Restoration came in and told us what they were going to do. Set up their equipment and kept in mind that my wife is a remote teacher so they were able to control the noise during school hours. They communicated every step of the way and handled the paperwork for our insurance. Thank you Hands on restoration!
