Reached out to Restoration Logistics on a neighbors referral. I’d encountered a frozen hot water line in my crawl space back in January. Having never dealt with this issue, I sought professional help. Can’t tell you how impressed I am with the outcome. A fella named Dan came out within hours. Whereas he couldn’t isolate a leak in the piping, he expertly defrosted the hot line from the water heater into the crawl space. Within a couple hours my hot line was running again, expensive leak and damage repairs completely avoided. Best referral I’ve ever received. Thanks once again.
