Highly recommend Paul Davis Restoration! I’ve had the unfortunate luck between two water pipe bursts and gutter/soffit/facia fall down in the middle of an overnight storm. All three times this crew responded immediately to stop further damage and get my house back in shape. I was especially grateful back in late May when the crew was working in the rain to protect my exposed attic/roof before the severe weather hit. And special thanks to Bri for taking my phone call (in my stressed moment) and getting a crew out to my house quickly!

So far it’s been a train wreck. Little/no communication for weeks at a time. Waited weeks for a callback until I called and was told “oh yeah, you have to pay more” which no one bothered to tell me and they didn’t bother to follow up on in a remotely timely manner. I’d be called and have dates changed on me and surprise changed like “oh yeah, they’re doing the work this week and not the week I told you it would be”. He knew my wife has 2 bulging discs and a herniated one and I’m alone trying to move tons of stuff, and that I was going on the original date range that he kept changing. He didn’t call to ask if those times would work so he could schedule them HE ALREADY SCHEDULED THEM and then called to tell me. I finally had enough and just told him to schedule what he wants. I just want done with this company. They didn’t give me a heads up on a time for their guy to come out today, just “morning” and got no call ahead of time making sure we were here/ready. Some of the trim we have sat in literal poop water for days. They told their drywall guy to just slap them back on the wall. That was a great surprise. I asked several times what was being replaced and was never told the full extent of the drywall replace so we had stuff in front of where the poor drywall guy had to work. I would never willingly go back to this company for any restoration work. They have been cordial and friendly enough through this, but that doesn’t excuse the poop trim, no contact, bad communication, and lack of information.

Jim was amazing to work with. They were able to get me a quote and out to our house for the job within a week’s time of my initial call. We had mold removed from a bathroom, Jim and his team were so professional, they removed the mold exactly the way I had requested with sealing the area and using a negative vent out the window. The work they did was great, and I have already been recommending Jim and his team to other people!

My grandmothers basement flooded and within an hour they were there to help. Jim was absolutely great and took amazing care of her. Made sure her basement was in good condition before any next steps. He was amazing to talk to. Very personable and kind! It was very nice knowing she was taken care of and we didn’t need to do anything! 10/10 recommend !

Within an hour of my washing machine malfunctioning & laundry room flooding, Paul Davis was here to evaluate and answer my questions. Fan/dehumidifiers were brought in the same day. I was called, texted and checked in on throughout the 3 day process. All employees were so kind and friendly. They came back to finish trim work within the week to complete the job. One of the best service experiences I have ever had! Thank you!
