Stanley Restoration is a godsend. Rest assured they will help you with everything you need to mitigate your damage and then rebuild/repair the damages. Each team member that we have worked with so far has been professional, helpful and understanding (Maja, Richard R, Richard S, Jay, and Travis). They will explain what they’re doing and why, help you work with your insurance company and give you all the details that you need to make decisions. The Stanley team helps make your tough situation a lot easier.

Paola and Jessica were awesome. Our house flooded when we moved back in the house I felt uneasy with people unpacking my personal belongings, but Paola and Jessica were very professional and made me feel at ease the moment I met them. They were very organized and quick to put all our things back in their place. I cannot thank them enough. We are finally home after a 6 month construction project on our home.

I was surprised that this company has high reviews. My experience was quite different. I think this company over charges for their services. You will want to understand all charges before using them. Our mistake. We were charged 2 hours of service each time they came out to check equipment which took 5-15 minutes each. We were also initially charged for rental of three fans when we used only two. Didn’t appear they wanted to make this right and removed grudgingly. $1500 for 2 guys for 1 hour of initial mitigation work, one visit for equipment check (5 minutes), one visit to remove equipment (10 minutes), and equipment rental (2 1/2 days, 1 dehumidifier and two fans). You tell me?
