Rapid Restoration does amazing work. I had a different restoration company come to my house and provide a quote to fix the damage from a water leak I had. I then had Rapid Restoration come out and give a second opinion. Tracy came to my house and went over in detail all the things missing in the other companies estimate. Tracy was able to get me the max amount of items covered that my insurance company would allow. When the insurance company came back and said they wouldn’t cover certain things, Tracy was able to justify why it was needed. They started the work within a week of the estimate being approved by my insurance company. Justin was the PM from rapid restoration and he was very responsive. Any question I had, he was quick to respond and came to my house multiple times to ensure the work was getting done. I had to go out of town for 10 days and he ensured the work was complete by the time I got back. Greg was my contractor and he did an awesome job. I can’t say enough good things about Rapid Restoration and their professionalism. I know who I am calling if I have ever have an issue with my house again.

I can’t say enough good things about these guys – Christian showed up fast and Barry, Olga and Jorge did an awesome job – our basement was a mess and in one day they cleared everything out and set up equipment to dry things out- we were particularly impressed with how all the debris was taken away at the end of the day and everything was left clean- I would highly recommend them

Aaron was great – he came out to inspect our home and crawlspace for suspected mold issues and was a wealth of knowledge, with several suggestions we hadn’t thought of! We will definitely be calling them for any restoration needs in the future.

Thank you SO much for same day service to start solving my issues and the fast, professional care to get my basement dry and free from any mold damage that may have happened after my sump pump failed and two rooms flooded! I appreciate my insurance company referring your wonderful company. Aaron, Christian, and all staff that monitored the humidity meters & fans were so kind and helpful! I would definitely recommend your company to anyone needing water 💦 remediation!
