CAUTION!!! I would not hire them and be very carefull signning their contract. I was told that they would accept whatever the insurance paid as settlement to not worry about it and now I have a lien against me and I’m getting letters from their attorney. Don’t believe them.

PRC did an excellent job of restoring my garage after a water leak. I couldn’t have asked for better service or quality of work. They are amazing. I would highly recommend them.

Don’t work with PRC. We had a leak in our kitchen. They came in promising to help us through the process and to work with insurance so we didn’t have to but within a few weeks after demo, they sent us invoices meant for insurance and threatened to put a lien on the property if we didn’t pay. Our insurance never heard from them so We ended paying the initial invoices out of pocket to avoid additional fees. Insurance was kind enough to refund us for these. This trend followed through all the steps in the process. They also back-dated invoices by several months to make it seem like they were on time with everything. They were impossible to get a hold of and would keep postponing construction. We had paid a down payment so we felt like we couldn’t switch contrators. Once the repairs started, they used subpar materials but billed us for more expensive stuff (for instance, the charged for 1″ hardwood plywood but used an inferior 1/2″ where it wasn’t visible). This company extended our project by months, charged much more than any competitor and constantly threatened us with liens and collections. Adding insult to injury, anytime you could get someone on the phone, they would gaslight you saying everything would be okay and not to worry. If a plumber recommends this company, don’t call them, go with someone else that you’ve vetted, don’t trust a stranger with a recommendation just because they’ve “worked with them in the past.”

My furniture was in storage with PRC while my home kitchen, and living room flooring was taken out and replaced with new flooring due to a water heater leak while I was out of town. When it was returned and everything put back in place it looked just how it was when they took it. Alexander and Oscar were amazing working from 10:30 to 3pm on a hot day and was very professional and friendly while working with great attitudes which you don’t often see these days. Hopefully I will never have any other water damage problems again to my flooring but if I do I have the card that Alexander and Carlos gave me to call PRC again. Thank you for a job well done. We were very satisficed with PRC – their accounting department with Dorothy Case and Nancy led us through the complicated process of updating our account. The Repair Crew led by Aaron Martinez were punctual, responsive and very diligent in their work. Mateo and Manuel worked quickly and were very careful of our property. The carpet is beautiful and the carpet person(don’t remember his name) was professionally done. We hope we don’t have a problem with water damage again, but if we do, PRC would be our choice!

PRC Contents Department was a pleasure to have handling our pack out and pack back. They are all very professional, kind and go above and beyond. From supervising Manager Rafael, his assistant Daniella to Oscar, Maria and the rest of the crew that helped with our personal belongings being packed out and brought back to our residence when our home was ready. They made the entire process so stress free!

I work for scott english plumbing and as a plumber I run into alot of water damage Raquel at PRC is my go to gal . Super friendly , fast respond time and very professional when I need a technician ASAP she has yet to let me down as long as she is at PRC no other company is a option for me.
