When I had a slowly leaking toilet that saturated my bathroom floor, CPR came to the rescue. They responded quickly, setting up drying locations on two different floors.Everyone with whom I came in contact was knowledgeable, professional, and KIND. (I needed that last!) Finally, they worked with me when my insurance company was less than prompt in cutting a check. (I couldn’t even get the appraiser to return my phone calls; my insurance broker even emailed him, asking him to call me. Never heard from him-finally received the check after four months!) Bringing this saga to a close, I would certainly recommend Certified Professional Restoration without hesitation for any job/task!

We had a minor plumbing job that created a huge water leak 2 days before Christmas. Certified was called to our home immediately by the plumbing company and quickly and efficiently cleaned up the water and started the drying process. Thanks to Chris and Amanda major issues were avoided and Christmas went off uninterrupted. Highly recommend.

My project Manager was Amanda Miller. She was thorough and had my best interests first and foremost. Her and her crew (Carol, Bob and Cory) were all courteous and professional, they were here to clean up my water damage and dry me out within an hour or two of calling my insurance Co. Amanda worked directly with my adjuster. She took care of my every need right down to finding me a trust worthy contractor.

CPR was extremely professional, timely and helpful in getting our job turned around in a fast time period. Tyler was communicative and helpful, working to quickly get us on the schedule and investigate our insurance policy. The crew (Corey and Bob) were considerate of our home, very polite and worked to get the job done in a day. They left our home and the room in question as clean as possible and walked us through any issues along the way. Would highly recommend them if you are ever in need of this service!
