Idaho Disaster Solutions did such a wonderful job. Our home flooded late one night and I called them immediately. They were responsive and told us what to do to keep things from getting worse. They showed up first thing the next morning and listened to our concerns. They advocated for us with our city since the damage was caused by city work. IDS worked with our schedule and preferences to get the job done. Their workers were respectful and friendly and organized. We added pressure by working from home and schooling from home so we were always watching and always present. They honestly did a phenomenal job and made sure that everything was to our expectations. We’re so grateful for their hard work and attentiveness!

We live in a CBH home just under 5 years old. Our builder allowed contractors to dry out dry wall utilizing and compromising out HVAC system. We now have a mold throughout our ducts. We contacted Idaho Disaster Solutions, they responded quickly for an estimate. He validated the mold in our home, especially with all the health concerns. Pretty scart stuff, that needs taken care of asap. We were told we have to replace all duct work in our home. We were supposed be receive an email with a remediation process It had been over 2 weeks since. This was a waste of time and pushed us further back in the remediation process. Terrible way of doing service.

Unfortunately, we called and scheduled them to come out and look at our project. We waited and called to confirm/check when they’d be there. They never showed up, quite frustrating.

Idaho Plumbing/Disaster solutions deserves more than 5 stars! A re-wallpapering project for our second bathroom turned into a disaster when the company we hired to prepare the walls did not re-seat the toilet properly. When we discovered that the seal had been leaking for a month, we called Idaho Plumbing/Disaster Solutions and they were at our house within 45 minutes. All the subsequent work of demolition, drying, and reconstruction was done thoroughly and with great attention to detail. It was especially helpful that Idaho Plumbing/Disaster Solutions also worked with the original company’s insurance adjuster. Everyone, Jason, Curt, Curtis, and James of Idaho Plumbing/Disaster Solutions did excellent work. All were respectful and considerate. Idaho Disaster Solutions also knew just the right subcontractors to contact for us to get our bathroom re-constructed. They oversaw everything and insisted that the work done by subcontractors met their high-quality standards. The bathroom looks better now than before!
