Winter ice storm took down our gutters, flashing and soffit. Servpro had an emergency closure done within 24 hours. They did the whole repair within weeks keeping us apprised of every. James and his team were absolutely great. From the moment we called to the final day of cleanup, they made a very stressful situation tolerable. They listened to all of our concerns, were able to clean and dry out our basement in a very time efficient manner. Would recommend to anyone who is over their heads with unexpected events.

Justin and Ryan Barnes were here on Monday to clean the air ducts in both units of my house. They were very courteous and professional. They explained what they were going to do. We had an issue with a raccoon getting in my mother’s camping trailer. JT and Hailey did a fantastic job cleaning and sanitizing the trailer! They were personable and professional and extremely hard working. They made the trailer look and smell good again! A big thank you to Ryan too for all his help and advice and getting us scheduled. What had originally started as a good experience has turned extremely bad unfortunately after time and time again calling and being told that my quote was sent to insurance I finally get the real answer that the quote was lost and was never sent to insurance. I’ve been promised return phone calls, and no return at all. I called once again this morning to see when my issues were gonna be followed up on and still nothing. I will say James and Heather in the office have been great and Heather has apologized, but unfortunately, this has been a terrible experience And my house has still not been repaired and my claim started in January Servpro did the mitigation but I will not move forward with them to do the reconstruction, unfortunately will never work with them again!

Portia B. was a pleasure to work with! Dealing with a home insurance claim and the subsequent repairs is a pain and a full-time job. Portia made it less of a pain, and helped me figure out a payment issue with my Insurance. She explained the issue clearly and calmly and walked me through the steps to get it resolved. Every time we spoke she was kind and understanding and related to me on personal level. I very much enjoyed our interaction. We need more Customer Service reps like Portia! 10/10, happy customer!

I called a few places in Buffalo and they all recommended Servpro for a highly sensitive and difficult situation with a family member. Michael Beck came to do the estimate and was extremely professional and compassionate. He, Elijah and Ryan promptly arrived two days later, as scheduled, and finished the job in just a few hours. Their tagline, “Like it never happened” is a statement their work lives up to. We did not think it was possible to not only handle the situation so quickly and efficiently, but the price was more than fair with no hidden fees or surprises. Mike, Ryan, and Elijah are awesome! They arrived when they said they would, they were friendly (actually introduced themselves and shook hands! That’s not something you see very often anymore 😂), they completed a really nasty job for us, and didn’t jack up the price when the they discovered the job was more involved than originally thought.
