100% Satisfaction. Headed by Mr. Jamie Hidalgo, this one-stop operation is everything one could hope for. I had a titanic hoarding and mold catastrophe that required immediate attention to make way for a broken boiler replacement during the chilly months of early spring 2024! No one, I repeat, NO ONE would even consider the job even though cash payment was offered. His skilled, hard-working, well-equipped crew of consummate professionals removed the junk, treated the mold and remodeled the room most grievously affected. He even fixed smaller plumbing and cosmetic issues gratis. He is licensed, insured and well-versed in his craft. His capacious 16-yard dump truck can hold all manner of debris. He provided additional invaluable advice regarding other contractor’s work and was willing to negotiate his fee. The budget’s running tally was organized and available for scrutiny at all times with no hidden costs. Everything was swept clean upon departure. It’s stressful to have strangers in one’s personal space for an extended period of time but, to a man, the crew was sensitive to the situation and I never was uncomfortable with their presence. There is much yet to be done and I will definitely call upon their services again. Strictly Cleaning eased me of a tremendous burden. If you have a seemingly impossible mess that needs sorting, look no further than this company.

We have had Strictly Cleaning Restoration help us in two separate flooding events, in our semi-occupied basement. During the most recent incident, they also completed renovation and restoration of the bottom half of our walls with PVC-based materials to avoid future water damage if it occurs. They also repainted and installed molding to cover seams. Jaimie and his team are kind, professional, respectful, and timely. Quality work, under stressful circumstances! Highly recommend.

Strictly Cleaning Restoration has provided several cleanups and restorations for me over the years as climate change has caused more water damage in my basement from storms and sewer back ups. They have also cleaned up mold from these damages. Jaime Hidalgo is knowledgeable regarding the issues of water damage and mold and he is hands on providing the work he promises in both the clean up and in the restoration of the water/mold damage. Jaime has always responded quickly when I have a water damage problem and he has even helped me to get to the bottom of some illusive water damage problems. Strictly Cleaning and Restoration has given me peace of mind when rainstorms are expected.

Jaime and his team were fantastic. We had a sizable mold remediation project that impacted our entire building’s garden level – the Strictly team was dependable, professional, thorough and very fair in both pricing and timing. Jaime also made some extra updates and offered advice on preventative efforts as well which was much appreciated. I gave my home for 21 days because of sprinkler blast & my house was flooded with black water & this company did everything for me with in 11 days. they fixed everything included removing kid’s bunk bed & once again fix it . Thanks to JAIMIE & his good guys.
