Not only did Ben and team do exceptional work and did it exactly how & when they said they would do it, they also advocated for us with the insurance company. JustUs did a great job in responding to the flood in our kitchen. They came in and dried out the house and just completed the work to replace the floor and ceiling. They went above and beyond. We are grateful for the work they did and this professionalism.

As a first-time home owner, John and Nate were phenomenal in helping dry out my basement after the sump pump failed and answering all of my questions, going out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and set up for success. 100% recommend.

Nate+John+team made me feel comfortable and informed! The mitigation and demolition were completed quickly. I’m still waiting for repairs but I definitely expect high quality and great customer service. You won’t go wrong by going with this team!

We had a water leak that got worse late on a Friday night. We called Just Us and they came out immediately and determined what the problem was and were able to minimize the leak for the night. They came back early Saturday morning, made the repair and then removed base boards, flooring, cleaned the area well to insure mold would not be a future problem. They added fans for circulation and to speed up drying. Came back on Sunday to finish the job, replacing the flooring, etc. Excellent customer service with a smile!

We’ve worked with these guys a couple times, and they are awesome to work with! Both times, they were extremely responsive and easy to work with. The quality of the work is top-notch and reasonably priced. John, Behrouz, and Al were all super professional and knowledgeable about their work. We will use them again and would recommend them to anyone!

You never want to be in the position to need this type of service, but should you find yourself in the unfortunate situation, they are the people you want to have. They explain things thoroughly, handle every detail with extreme care and precision and they don’t take shortcuts. They are great!
