We had a great experience with Dalmation’s services. Ken, Randy, and their team, handled multiple projects at our new (old) home including mold remediation (on floors, walls, and ceilings) chimney cleaning, and air duct cleaning. They were efficient and professional. The work was well done, they were responsive throughout the process, and very honest. I’m pleased with the work and would definitely recommend and use their company again!

AIR DUCT CLEANING!!! The service guys were nice and explained what they were doing. But I did not care for the process the company uses to clean air-ducts. They run a brush connected to a cordless hand drill through your vents to knock loose dirt. Then they run a 2 inch vacuum tube down the vent to try to suck up the dirt. I would prefer to have the dirt sucked up as it’s knocked loose instead of letting it settle first. I don’t feel it was a through cleaning. Finger print were left around my cold air return vents on my white walls. And the tell you they will treat your system with Microban to kill mold and viruses. Well that process consisted of a hand pump sprayer and squiring some in the hole the cut in the duck. It does not disinfect your system. Just a small spot in your system. Sure does smell nice though. But the smell is not what I was paying for.

We had our vents cleaned in our house. Oh my, the difference it has made. Well worth it..Thanks Brandon and crew. Brandon was knowledgeable and professional he listened and answered all my questions. Also, while the crew was there I paid a little extra to have my dryer vent cleaned. It made a world of difference there as well..Thanks again, Dalmatian, I really appreciate you guys..

We just had our carpets done by Dalmation Cleaning and they did an AMAZING job. They look great and smell so fresh and clean. Our service tech was a great guy. He was so professional and he took care of every detail. We couldn’t be happier and we will use them again after the holidays.

Had Dalmation Cleaning and Restoration Services come to the house to clean the basment carpet, duct cleaning, and clean the ceramic tile and grout. They did an excellant job. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else

On 09.25 Ken and Brandon came to scrub and reseal our tike floor. This was a BIG job because tenants had 4 adult dogs as well as 2 recent litters and since there was not a fenced yard you can only imagine. They worked hard all day long scrubbing grout in kitchen, dining, and living rooms as well as in laundry and hallway areas. I would definitely recommend them to friends and relatives.
