We were so pleased with DRYmedic Restoration Service. We picked them because we saw that they had many great reviews. Now that they have completed the job we understand why they received so many high reviews. Lindsey and Brooke were on top of every aspect of the job right from the beginning. The job was completed on a timely basis and we were completely satisfied with everything, they were very professional. We needed other work done such as flooring, sliding glass windows and painting and their recommendations were excellent. I would not hesitate to use them again. There were no surprises the entire job went very quickly and we were very satisfied.

Lindsey and Brooke were amazing. We had a flooding in our neighborhood and they were there promptly, discussed the damage and provided a solution that was reasonably priced. They started the job immediately and worked around the clock. They were very informative and caring. We had to leave the property for a couple of days. Lindsey and Brooke came while we were gone and made sure every baseboard was dry. Most importantly it is women owned and operated business. And we appriciate the professionalism and care they bring to their work.

We bought our first home only 4 months ago and found the kitchen had a good amount of mold due to a small leak. I called Drymedic the same day i discovered it and they were out the next day to take a look and got remediation scheduled so quickly. For having to deal with a situation like this my experience has been amazing. Kim, Brooke, and Lindsay were so incredibly helpful, informative, and supportive throughout this whole process. They helped coordinate with insurance, recommend people who could do the build back, and were so on top of communication. They were very respectful of my home and my schedule. I hope I never have to do business with them again (fingers crossed we don’t find mold anywhere else in the future) but if I had to I’d call Drymedic in a heart beat. I seriously wish I could find genuine people like this in all home servicing companies!
