I had a ceiling leak issue in my basement and Ryan Zogg from Serv Pro did a great job fixing it. I wasn’t sure what the end product would be but it looks great. I would highly recommend Serv Pro and Ryan Zogg.

We had a major house fire on July 5, 2024. Servpro was there on the spot, meeting with us and the insurance agent. Adam helped us through the papework. Jeremy explained what was about to unfold. All this was within hours. We arranged for a room at a nearby hotel, where we stayed for 38 nights. It is now 6 months later, and we are 99% restored and, better than restored with the coordinated efforts of Servpro and State Farm we have recovered nearly everything, cleaned, replaced, like new. Dave (our dog Lucy loved him) was a friendly and expert team leader for the great group of young people (Terrence, Darnell, Thomas, Jeremy, Wylie, Waylan, Ashley, Deirde, and later Claire) who removed furniture and books and appliances and scrubbed down walls and catalog long lists of uncleanable objects. The lower level was gutted. Ryan led the Servpro team for resconstruction, also coordinating subcontractors who were drywallers and plumbers and electricians and painters. Ryan was meticulous in expecting quality work from everyone, and he was usually accompanied by the very able James. Jake and everyone at the home office were responsive, helpful, and ready with good advice. In all, this has been a great experience with Servpro. I’d like to mention all the workers who were here, day after day, for 6 months, but I am afraid I would miss naming some. All were good. The team that moved the cleaned furniture back into our house was led by Adam and included Ashley and Waylan who were also on Dave’s original team, as well as Claire and Brendon (hope I got that last one right). They were courteous and worked fast and continuously.

They give discounts to people who give good reviews. 15 dollars an hour to clean human poop is pitiful i cleaned dead body fluid for this company for only 22.50 an hour you all suck no wonder the workers and work is bad I wouldn’t use this company horribly ran Servpro. The biggest red flag is you guys hire through a 3rd party. So when your employees screw up you can fire them ASAP maybe screen your employees better
