The kitchen turned out great, the project started out great. but to be honest I felt that Arko Restoration was very unorganized. Lots of delays and a very big miss Communication for when the work was going to start to finish the project. I had taken vacation time to be home for the completion of the project, but I had the contractor and he claimed that we were not going to start that week. He claimed that we were going to talk after memorial day. I was extremely upset and disappointed. I felt like that rushed the work, because of the miscommunication.

Ethan came and did an excellent job on our trim in family room and bathroom…went and installed our new vanity and hung the mirror which needed some adjustment. Great Job!!

Nick and Ethan both provided great service to our water restoration by providing periodic updates, consultation with us around the next steps to the work they were doing and taking pride in everything they did to our bathroom! Appreciate their professional work and interest to make sure we were happy with the finished work!

After a slow start to fixing our home disaster everything went great. You could use a pamphlet explaining the process. It was a long process but everyone was great with one exception and quality work completed! Thank you to Jack & Ray with the initial mud & water clean-up and to Ed, Jason, Kent, Michael, Tom, Ethan, Nick & Josh (Hope I didn’t forget anyone). Exception: After several conversations with R__K, he could use some help with showing compassion &/or concern dealing with people going through a traumatic event!

We needed a last second fix to the bottom of our cabinets at the end of our project for first floor water damage. Nick and Ethan did a great job of coming up with a solution, looks great.

After an issue with the ice maker in our fridge, flooded kitchen, our insurance Co recommend Arko. We called them and they came that day. Ready to start work. Drying everything up. Main floor and basement, a representative from Arko came back every day to check on progress. The least I can say is everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. Arco took care of most all contact with the insurance Co. An Arko Rep came the same time as the insurance Co investigator, talk about removing a headache. The team Nick and Ethan that was sent by Arko for the restoration work were true Professionals. Acting in much the same manner as a Journeyman Craftsman and his Apprentice. Very little time was not productive. From the excellent tile work, to the repair work that was needed on a cabinet, all of which was done on site. Right down to the stain matching that was needed. Would we Recommend Arko? Most Definitely We would also like to Thank, Nick and Ethan for their excellent work and keeping this as stress free as possible.👍 Penny E & Len H

Taylor, Jack and Mike are amazing! Upon returning from a vacation, we discovered shocking unfortunate water damage in our kitchen. They were so kind and explained the whole process. They are respective of how a person is feeling and responsive. They came everyday to check on the progress of the kitchen. I would highly recommend this company if the need should arise.
