This I have to say was the absolute worst experience ever. The cut a pipe instead of calling me to ask where the shut off valve was. They went into a roommate’s room. Moved things and dropped things. Also didn’t tell me any of this. I had to ask them if they went into my roommate’s room. Deceitful. I am sure they did it this way to avoid telling me they cut a pipe. They tried to charge my insurance co. 9.5 k just for dry time. and it wasn’t drying for my toilet leak. It was for there accidental cut pipe. They saw what my insurance payout was. Tried to get them for as much as they could. Left me without a floor for 3 months I lost renters and possible new renters because of there outlandish prices. Took 3 months for the insurance co. To finally approve there outrageous prices. There overcharging to pay for those stupid sleeves on there trucks! Don’t use them! I wish I wouldn’t have. After the fact 3 people told me don’t use faithful. Little too late.

We had a great experience with Faithful restoration! They were timely when we reached out to them when our basement had moderate flooding around memorial day. Brendan was great during the evaluation, he was honest and answered all of our questions. They got started on mitigation right after the memorial day holiday and repairs right after that. He continued to communicate with is throughout the process and was friendly and kind. We also worked with M.J. for repairs, she was great with communication and responded quickly whenever we had questions and stopped by the day they were installing new carpet to check in. If we ever need restoration again, I will be calling them! I would reccomend them to anyone who needs services.

When our sewer backed up and flooded our basement Nick and the Faithful Disaster Restoration crew were there to help clean us up within hours. They helped us not only clean and sanitize but hooked us up with other contractors to replace walls, flooring, electrical outlets and even damaged doors. The rooms affected are totally new! All was handled in a super professional and efficient manner. It was a total pleasure to work with all the craftsmen associated with FDR and we recommend them highly to anyone needing these sorts of services. A++++ Charlotte and Bob Fannon

Unfortunately, this was one of the most trying experiences we’ve had as home owners–and we’ve gone through some stuff. Overall, Faithful did what they could to keep us satisfied. Adrianna was pretty good at communicating, and the folks who worked on our house were super accessible, friendly, and respectful. Unfortunately, our insurance was not communicationg well so we reached out to the insurance commisioner of MT’s office who stated (these words exactly) “We see this alot from this specific company-that they charge more than insurance thinks is fair.” On the other hand, they did what they could to help us out financially and for that we are especially thankful. So, overall, we’d use them again if we had to, but cautiously.

The Faithful crew were truly life savers. My home had a water overflow which flooded my single level home and I had no idea what to do. They came out immediately after I called and took charge to handle the damage and then the rebuild. They were excellent in regular communication and ensuring that I was doing okay while the work progressed. Their work was tip notch and the finished job looked so much better than before. I was thrilled with the crew and their craftsmanship and how they worked with the insurance rep to get me through the nightmare I found myself in. Thanks Faithful!!!

We have had a very positive experience with Faithful. When we moved to our new home the movers didn’t hook up the washer properly and we had a slow leak over two months. When discovered a friend came over to help, but it was soon obvious this was beyond what he could do. I called Faithful and that afternoon Levi and a member of his team came to evaluate. At my request they prayed with me because of my concern for my wife who is very sensitive to mold. Within a day I had an estimate and signed the contracts. A suggestion I would have is to have a staff member sit down with you as you initial the contracts. Going thru the contracts is a bit daunting, but Levi answered all my questions very quickly. Levi and his team did an excellent job on the clean up and mitigation. Kevin was great in the reconstruction of our laundry room. Overall a great experience in a very stressful situation. Chris Dow

Don’t trust them, they charge an excessive amount on mitigation work that it will become a hassle when working with insurance. In terms of the actual rebuild, expect to pay alot more while getting alot less back.

We had water damage with mold in master closet and bathroom ceiling Faithful did an excellent job removing sheet rock and insulation also treating areas for mold. Crew was very friendly and professional also tolerable our golden retrievers who want to play and think the world is their place. Crew did a very good job cleaning everything up also covering items in bedroom. I would recommend using and use Faithful Restoration if ever needed again.
