The team that came to my house to do a sewage clean up and disinfecting did a fantastic job. They kept me informed with everything they were doing and a time line on their progress. They were very professional. While they were working, the office team worked with my insurance to ensure I was covered. The whole experience was very comfortable. 10/10 I would recommend 406 Disaster Response.

What an awful company. I had my reservations at the first meeting. My husband contacted them with my concerns and we were assured we would be involved in decisions. What a joke. I told them specifically what we wanted to keep and what didn’t need to be recovered after our house fire. The items we were CLEAR on were not taken care of. Everything we said we didn’t want recovered was first and we were charged for it, even after telling them we did not want them to clean it. The items and debris do not need removed, as at demo (which is less than their ridiculous charges) will take care of. They even charge for the initial call at $253!! They hired an outside group, which showed up without the company I hired on site and just threw our belongings in the trash. Their lead broke an heirloom we had taken down to grab after we were done working around the property and broke it. There is so much more I could go on and on about with this company. Like telling your client, “Now let me tell you how this works.” That was the phrase that got them fired!! 5 days with less than 6 hours of GARBAGE work (where I did more in 4 hours by myself) cost me $20,000+!! Run as far away from them and do research!! My inspector even laughed at the people.

4 days after my wedding our house we bought 3 months prior flooded. Not gonna lie as new home owners we panicked and called our insurance at 10pm and they said call a disaster restoration company. I called 406 and they were at my home in 30 minutes with dryers and gear to get the water under control. They were super amazing even when my fur babies were not (for context they were strangers in my home as far as the dogs knew lol) but the staff understood. They communicated directly with insurance and with us so we knew exactly what to expect and what the plan was. Would highly recommend especially when you want someone (Laura ❤️)who can quite literally explain the entire process and answer all your questions

RUN AWAY… Do not do business with this “company” It is sad and sickening how shady and dirty the owner of this business is. Scary that this type of person has the audacity to advertise compassion and caring. Just beware!

As a property manager, I have had three emergencies in the last year. Water damage caused by a carpet company, a burst pipe that poured water for HOURS and one sewer overflow. 406 Disaster answers the phone, shows up, knows how to clean up and remedy all issues. Laura troubleshoots any issues that arise during the restoration process. She even helped me jump through hoops with my insurance company! One phone call and they will take care of it! My tenants also appreciate the professional and courteous manner of their workers/contractors. I appreciate that I can concentrate on my work knowing that 406 Disaster will take care of everything. Thanks 406 Disaster!

The team at 406 was professional, courteous, and compassionate. The mitigation crew worked hard on the cleanup, and afterwards they had great local subcontractors work on our home for the restoration after we had a water leak—Alpine Plumbing, Denny’s Electric, Ugrin Drywall, Dave at Advanced Countertops, Soft Touch Flooring, and Troy the painter (can’t remember his company) From cleanup to the restoration, they worked during the pandemic to address everything as timely as they could. The biggest headache was working with insurance, and they were top notch at keeping in touch with our agent. It was a long process, but I am very pleased with the results. The goal was to make it look like nothing had happened. They achieved that, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call Dustin and Laura if I needed their help again.

This company was over the top for our disaster that was going on at our Hotel. We had a sprinkler head break due to freezing pipes and the way they responded to our phone call and reacted was AMAZING. They quickly came in and took care of what needed to be done. It was also done in a quick and efficient manner. They were very communicative with me handled the job great!! I would highly recommend this company!

When our neighboring apartment flooded down into the business , they were quick to assess and repair the damages . Incident # 2 ) When it rains hard it floods one office they came in and cleaned up everything ! Laura is incredibly easy to work with , her team is absolutely professional , prompt and I couldn’t of been happier with my services .

Don’t use them. I hired them to clean up water damage in my basement from a burst pipe over the winter. Initial most testing when they showed up, showed the mold was contained to the basement. Once they finished, there was so much mold upstairs, they charged me an extra $10,000 in cleaning and testing, and wont even provide the test results to me until after I pay them. I’ve asked for their professional opinion as to why there was so much mold upstairs when they finished, but they refuse to address it. They wont even provide me the same documentation they provided my insurance company. Its “pay or else”. I’ve continuously asked for more documentation and they come back and threaten me with a lien on the house, and collections. Avoid these folks.
