I just want to shout out ACTIVE RESTORATION for the great job in repairing and restoring my ceiling! I love it! They were true PROFESSIONALS in getting the job done in a hurry and with a SMILE! I appreciated all the men who helped me such as James (the lovely owner), Mr Bobby, Ralph and one other lovely gentleman. I hope you keep Active Restoration in mind for future jobs, i know I will as they were AWESOME!

Hi, David and I want to extend our praises and appreciation to James, Sean, Daryl, Ralph and the entire Active Restoration gang!! We worked with them for approximately 10 months through mitigation and renovation of 2 floors. They did such a thorough and nice job! The entire process went well and they were all, so good to work with, from questions to all the manual work. We cannot express the great customer service they gave us along with patients and kindness. We would highly recommend Active Restoration to anyone that would need any water, mold or remodeling work done. Thank you to all of you Active!!

Sean and his crew are fantastic and the only restoration company that we trust. Very honest and helps walk you through their entire process from start to finish. He’s also very knowledgeable if it has to be turned into insurance and works directly with your claims adjuster in those situations. Thankfully he helped me avoid two potential water claims in my past and got my home back to normal, mold-free in no time.

James came out to inspect the work we were looking to get completed on our moldmildew issues we have. After reviewing what we had he suggested options for me to be able to easily take care of some it myself saving us money. He continued speaking about a solution that fits our needs and not automatically a gold standard solution that was absolutely not required. I like working with a company that has integrity and honesty with customer first focus instead of how he can line his pockets. It’s rare to find a company these days like that. I will definitely work with him and Active Restorations in the future for my needs.

James came out to inspect an area of mold that grew as the result of a leak under our kitchen sink. He was able to tear the top layer of mold off at the time of inspection, leaving a clear area underneath that wasn’t damaged by mold. He gave me tips on how to immediately treat the area and seal it off…should we have another issue in the future, until they have the chance to come back out. I was able to get the mold removed and then the leak fixed the same day…which I definitely was not expecting! I was so worried about the health of my family and pets. Not anymore! We have used others in the past who didn’t really fix the issue, when our insurance paid them good money to do so. That’s why I called Active Restoration this time. I truly, truly believe that I can trust them!! I appreciate James so much!

I called Active Restoration after a water leak in the basement caused damage/mold to the floors and drywall. They were out almost immediately and quickly began drying out things. Within a short period they were back doing the restoration. We decided to upgrade from the carpet we had originally to a PVC Plank floor. The outcome was phenominal. I highly recommend Active Restoration.
