They came so quickly! What a relief. Jenkins has wonderful people who help with and through the process. We have only just started with them. So more to come soon. The work is complete! It look wonderful and perfect! John Hargadon was our project manager during all the work and he will be there beyond the work being completed. John was caring and so understanding on how difficult it is to have your home boxed up during the all the repair work being done on the first and second floors. I can’t thank John enough for being so committed to all our needs, questions everything! He has been professional always friendly like and keeps you at ease throughout the process. Everyone we have encountered at Jenkins from Bill Saunder to Danial Walker, Daniel Satterfield, Fabian Mantilla and of course John Hargadon have been so caring and took every step to get our lives back to normal in our home as quickly as possible. I thank you all very much! To all the reader of this Jenkins is the best company to have on your side during a restoration emergency from start to finish.

We had a wonderful experience with Jenkins Restorations along with the project manager, Victor Marchese. We had a flood in our basement which was very stressful and Victor along with his crew came along and truly helped us through the process. Jenkins quickly and efficiently removed all water and water damaged materials. My contact was Daniel and he was very good at communicating the steps in the process, timeline and follow up. The cleanup was spot less and professionally arraigned. Would highly recommend.

Jenkins Restoration came to our rescue when we had an unknown leak under our kitchen. There was mold discovered and the damage traveled throughout the majority of our first floor. The crews that arrived treated my residence as if it belonged to their grandparents home. Professional at all times best describes the craftsmanship provided. Chuck Trupia, Skippy were phenomenal at everything they did. Be sure to contact them with any need that might arise, without hesitation.

I had serious water damage in my on suite that led to mold being in my bathroom down to my garage. The project Manager Chuck came in gave me a detail of everything that would happen during the process. He lead me through the whole process keeping me in the loop on everything. Chuck is a man of his word and being a retired military member I really appreciated that. When the job was complete my wife and I were both satisfied and very happy with the finished product. I really appreciate Chuck and how he took care of this sensitive matter. Chuck and his team was always professional and showed up everyday on time. I also want to thank Chuck for listening to my old military stories. That meant a lot to this old retired military member. Once again thank you Chuck for all your help in this matter. The team arrived early and got to work immediately, each one applying their skills while remaining calm and well mannered.
