Took 4+ years to fix my house after burnt they and told us would be 6 to 9 months to fix. In the meantime had to find other housing .

We had a fire that took out or entire garage and due to all the smoke damage, the entire interior of the house was stripped to the studs. Alert was there from day one, even when the fire department was still putting out the blaze! Alert was there every step of the way, from haggling with insurance companies, to building permits, to working closely with all their sub contractors, to delivering a beautiful finial product and restoring our house back to our home! The team of David Denison the man behind the scene making the magic happen, Brad McGuire our PM witht daily boots on the ground keeping the project on track and Alvero the master in the details was a fabulous trio. We highly recommend them to anyone !

Had a fire devastate my alley-side garage, the guys at Alert made it surprisingly painless and eased my mind throughout the whole process. They did almost all of the communicating with insurance for me and they made the claim process very fast, worked with my coverage budget and left the place in far better shape than it was before the fire, no half efforts anywhere.

HIGHLY recommend! They responded to a flood very quickly. I was surprised how fast they got to my house. And every person I interacted with was professional, caring, and communicated clearly. From the girl who answered the phone and was so sweet, to Brian who came out and assessed the damage, to the guys who came out and helped us pick our life back up… they were wonderful.

Incredible staff here! My insurance, Assurant, did not cover my loss but the staff helped me with the mold issue and took care of my son and me!
