In March of 2024, my neighbor turned the first floor kitchen, dining room and garage of my townhouse Into an indoor pool. I immediately contacted Servpro who showed up in less than 1 hour from my call. Throughout the process, there was great communication and prompt responses to all my questions and concerns. Joe and his crew, from start to finish, were on time, hardworking and willing to help. Everything went smoothly with Servpro and my insurance to make my home whole again. I hope this never happens to me again but if it does, I’d contact Servpro.

I had an outstanding experience with ServePro, particularly thanks to Joseph’s exceptional service. His kindness, diligence, and overall dedication made a significant difference during a challenging time. Having your ceiling flood and damage 4 rooms is no joke. It’s an arduous process and even more difficult when you have a unresponsive insurance company. Despite communication challenges with my insurance company, Joseph’s professionalism and attentiveness truly stood out, making the entire process smoother and more manageable. I highly recommend ServePro, and I am grateful for Joseph’s amazing support. My ceiling is now repaired my bathroom and all of my rooms have new carpet and actually looking better than they did before. Not only does these guys do great work they do great customer service recommend 10 out of 10.

I’ve recently had a water damage problem.The job was professional, on time, friendly and good quality Recently there are ads on TV that promise it will ‘look as if it never happened”. Why then was my trim removed but never rehung? There was NO damage to the trim and there is even a piece of trim missing. It is still laying out waiting for me to hire someone to hang. Why are you not finishing the job to the promise in your TV ad. Please reach me if you are indeed willing to fully finish.

They were very responsive in getting out to help us with a flooded basement. Did a good job. However their communication was not always good and I found a couple of the people to be kind of rude.

These guys saved me!!!! They fixed my basement in NJ after giant storm and major sewage back up in my basement. It was awful but they responded quickly and they worked so hard! I appreciate all their effort and although my basement had to be gutted, it is now clean, safe and odor free! I highly recommend Servpro!
