First, a BIG thank you to Julia, Moses, Adrian, Aaron, Gail, Barb and Gage for all their hard work! You were all amazing! Insurance connected us with Restorx to address water damage from a leak in an upstairs bathroom that cascaded into our kitchen ceiling. RestorX was out to assess the situation and start getting things dry the same day I filed the claim. Julia led the work for our project, and was fantastic throughout. She consistently gave updates on the progress, answered our questions, and was mindful of my family’s availability. The whole crew was professional, communicative, and took care to remove the damaged sections and get everything dry, sanitized and ready for a contractor, all while isolating the work from the rest of the house. They took great care of our home. Some seriously great people here! We highly recommend Restorx!

Lack of communication!!!! The first thing Restorx told me is they worked for me not the insurance company. That was a lie. They showed up hours late, they never communicated on what they were tearing out. They tore out my shower area which was intact, damaged a $1000 shower door removing it. I never received any paperwork on what was done or why. I would never have them in my house again. I am left with $4500 of damage that is not being covered by insurance. The manager called back and just defended his people. He equated it to taking a car in for service and not liking the shop. A shop has procedures explained and made clear. And when you get back to your car you don’t find the engine gone. Three contractors who gave me estimates for redoing the bathroom all felt the shower cabinet was intact and should never been removed.

Alex, Julia, and RJ have been out to our home multiple times helping us deal with water damage from a slow leak. All three have been exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and did a fantastic professional job with both our home as well as working with us (including our dog, which was a nice surprise). I had the best experience imaginable during a difficult situation. The team at Restore RX evaluated the damage done in my garage due to burst water pipes, created a plan for repairs, and then completed every aspect of the repairs to return my garage to better than before with quality drywall, paint, insulation, and putting shelving back. Best of all, each person I worked with was an absolute professional; skilled, caring, and highly competent in their field.

We had the privilege of having Barb come to our home to dry it out after a leak in the roof. She was a one-woman workhorse and was so kind and professional. She was very thorough in her work and could tell that she takes pride in all the work that she puts her name on. She was even willing to get up on our really steep roof to tarp and sandbag after some roofers were not willing to do the job. I would highly recommend this company if they hire people as good as Barb is. I will definitely be calling again if we are ever in need of their services. But you better believe I will be requesting Barb by name. She even gets a 5 star review from our dog who she was very kind to. A+++ Barb. Thank you for all that you do.

The big tree falling across my garage damaged the roof and the rain soaked the insulation and drywall. RestorX sent Julia, Caden, Barb and Devon to help. They were on-site within 3 hrs of the disaster! They were knowledgeable, efficient and explained their work. Glad they got it tarped before the snow arrived. Really appreciated the work!
