There work was unprofessional thay broken a lot of my wife stuff and then said thay didn’t do it. Thay try to say it was already broken and lost some our stuff and refused to pay for what they damaged There people didn’t clean couple of rooms when they said they did my wife clean them I will never use them again it was months after we moved back in and u never showed us ur showed us any broken before u took it u never got ahold of us about our missing stuff that never came back I feel lie to what u sent back alot was broken so what ur trying to say is all the stuff that was broken u took broken and sent back broken that makes no scent And we knew 100% our grandbabies that live with us.Their birth certificates was in the family Bible.When the Bible came back the birth certificates were not in there.I didn’t know we had no explanation of where Scott said he was gonna make things right and never did and now nobody will come to talk to us

They responded very quickly and were on site in less than an hour. Seemed to be very considerate of our situation. Scott was easy to work with, helpful and gave us daily updates. Worked hand in hand with our insurance carrier.

Very professional throughout the experience. They got here quickly when I contacted them. The owner, the office staff, the service guys were all friendly, helpful and on time. When they said they would be here, they were. The work was done neatly. Everything was left neat and tidy when they were done. In all it turned out to be a good experience during a potentially stressful time.

Prompt service helping us dry out our basement carpet from a broken water line. Basement was totally dry in only 4 days. Techs were on-site within 3 hours of our call. Their fans and dehumidifiers were the right equipment for the job.
