We had water back up into our basement from under the foundation during a major storm. We hired DryPros to do the emergency clean up and put a water control system in – including a sump pump and foundation drainage. Their crew was excellent the whole way through, even as more and more issues came up during demo. They rebuilt the entire finished basement too – and honestly did better drywall and mudding work than drywallers I have hired before. Highly recommend!

We have owned a vacation home in Maggie for 45 years. It’s a creek front home and seeps run along the course of it periodically of different amounts of water discharges. Somehow the original builder of this home inadvertently built it over a substantial perpetually running water seep which fluctuates along with the water table. Our wood house somehow has survived the excess moisture with almost no rot! Whenever we arrived at our home unoccupied closed up home & walk thru the door for the first time the air quality a odor were terrible—-airing out restored interior air after we’d been there a week. Our downstairs apt. addition had become so excessively humid with water seepage from the block wall which backed up to lower level of earth with water collecting on floor that apartment interior had to be gutted, Our vacation was at the tear down stage beacuse of years of uncontrolled water issues. We were fortunate enough to have found Dry Pros in Asheville. Owner Bill came and evaluated these extensive and excessive water problems and compiled a proposal for full seepage mitigation of the main house and the downstairs apt. I accepted the proposal for both. The 4 man crew who did our work were incredibly methodical, sequential perfect in the order of the many task that were necessary to carry this project to completion. Ours was a major job for Dry Pros and required a month of mostly almost a month to complete. The crew left the property with their equipment neatly and compactly stored each day upon leaving and were totally reliable about returning at the day and time they said they would be as the work progressed. They explained the work as they went along and I asked questions. Always in a polite manner in a way that the average homeowner would understand. The complexities and complications of our job were challenging and Dry Pros solutions were so innovative and effective that constantly amazed me! The job., after completion produced exactly the result we were hoping for but thought possibly unattainable and probably wouldn’t have been had we used any other company than Dry Pros in Asheville. Their work is amazing and the office is also run with efficiency and excellent customer service! I give Dry Pros of Asheville my VERY HIGHEST RECOMENDATION

I cannot recommend Dry Pro highly enough. They came out the day I called to start drying our flooded basement. We had massive mold and water damage in our basement and crawlspace. Dry Pro was very professional and clean. We were able to live in the house while they remediated the mold. Bill and their entire staff were kind and respectful. They also put in a radon system for us at the end of the project. They completed the project quickly and beyond our expectations.
