First Restoration Inc. has been excellent from the first day we met them. The president, James Farley, walked us through everything step by step and made everything clear and comfortable with his professionalism. He introduced us to Daniel Thetford, the project manager. Daniel, went above and beyond to help us meet our needs. He always went the extra mile to ensure he did everything possible to get the jobs done that was not just most professional, but also pleasing to us. We were introduced to the gentlemen they have that will be working on the different projects. Concerning the cabinets, ceiling, lighting, Mr. Bryan Hayes. Bryan is so good at his job, he asked what we would like and never left us feeling uneasy. His work was very well done and really blessed us. His skills were clearly shown from start to finish. Eli Castro sealed and painted everything and had done a really good job asking questions along the way making everything like brand new. Danny taking care of the counter top and backsplash work.

Wow, you guys have a very unprofessional driver. Very impatient at a country road light. Almost on top of my bumper. Then once the light goes green we turn left onto US highway 377, he then proceeds to hit almost 100mph in a company vehicle in a 65mph zone. Just something you don’t expect from a company vehicle, plate GXC4872.

Great company, they took care of us from the water remove. And moving us in and out of our home. They handled all of the construction, they didn’t cut any corners. They are very attentive to all of your needs and concerns. Great job!!!

Do not hire!!! They came to do my mitigation repairs (ripped apart my kitchen) and months later after delaying this project, already having estimates approved by insurance, and leaving me with an unusable kitchen they sent me A TEXT saying they are “unable to complete the project”. I wish I listened to the negative reviews posted on this page! DO NOT HIRE

Matthew was very helpful with explaining what was going to be done. Daniel took over and did an excellent job of keeping me informed. I think the company went beyond what was necessary to do the job. I appreciate all the efforts and the quality of the work was excellent.
