I recently had water damage to my home and I called disaster services in a panic to have them help me with the repairs. Van came to my house and asked me if I had reached out to my insurance about the issue (I didn’t know that was an option at the time). They had returned to my home the following day to install the equipment and remove the water damage to my ceiling and bathroom floor. They are amazing with communication and got me in contact with a repair service that did an amazing job. I’m extremely grateful for their communication and assistance through a very frustrating situation.

Disaster Services did a great job for us! They came to give us an estimate the morning after we got in touch with them, then did the demolition and cleanup a couple days after we approved the estimate. Everyone we worked with was polite, friendly, considerate, and patient with all our questions!

I simply cannot say enough great things from the very first call to the timely completion of the removal. My experience was amazing!! I was absolutely beside myself to find mold in the master bedroom. Not only was it all removed promptly but while they were there they treated my home with the upmost respect. Though not an ideal experience discovering mold, I was very very very grateful that we called them. I would highly recommend.

Van showed up with his crew when he said he would. Very professional and was very careful in protecting our property. He explained everything as I had never had anything to do with mold before. I would not hesitate to recommend Van to anyone who is in need of mold remediation.

The company is very repsponsive and super friendly and professional! Helped us with possible water damage to inside after roof leak. Very knowledgeable and took the time to educate us with all the options. Highly recommend!

I had concerns of possible water damage/mold. They were extremely flexible and worked around my schedule. Van provided my inspection and I cannot thank him enough. He is thorough, courteous, professional and honest. He was able to locate the source of the damage and I really appreciated his candid and helpful advice. Hard to come by nowadays! He was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend.

Take it from someone from a small town, Van and John treated me like small town America and we had known each other since high school
