We had a water leak that was small but impacted our kitchen, dining room, and living room. Had been told by another company that was from a roof water dam backup. When we discovered it was a pipe, AK Restoration was the company we turned to. Chris worked us into their very busy schedule, worked closely with our insurance, and put our minds at ease about the best ways to deal with the situation. Completely satisfied!

AK Restoration Pro is top notch. We were out of state when a tenant called to report that a bad water heater had flooded the lower floor of the house. Chris responded immediately and got dry-out equipment on site after normal business hours and handled everything from working with homeowners insurance to keeping us informed in our absence. Highly recommend this excellent company.

Worked with Chris for water issues related to ice dam in Feb. They were recommended by a friend at the time and have been great to work with. They were very quick to respond, easy to reach, easy to work with. Would work with them again and recommend to others.

My 92-year old mother’s furnace sprung a huge leak and probably leaked for at least a day (if not more) flooding her entire downstairs with water. The stress on her was incredible but when I called Chris the next day, he was able to come out right away and that evening, had his crew there, getting the water out, taking out all the carpet from downstairs, checking all the walls, making sure there was no mold, talking my mom and me through the process, explaining everything, making sure we understood what was going on. Both mom and I were very happy with the service! Highly recommend them, especially Chris, who was very professional and well spoken! Thanks Chris!

AK restoration pro has been amazing to work with. Chad, Alex and Chris have been working on our house and they have been wonderful to work with. They are on time, professional and polite. They are knowledgeable and answer our questions. They have made a terrible situation more bearable and really helped us by going above and beyond. AK restoration pro has amazing customer service and support. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with flooding or water damage. They have made a scary time for us so much better and I can’t thank them enough.

Great company!! Chris was extremely responsive and professional. I had a bad leak that damaged part of my second floor, including the carpeting. The water damage extended down to the laundry room and kitchen. I needed someone fast and reliable. I am happy that I came across AK Restoration. They mitigated and repaired in no time. Communication w/ Chris was fast and easy. The work was really good. I would definitely use them again.

Great work/work ethic! Came out an hour after i called had everything set up that afternoon! Very pleased with their work and workers. Very Kind and understanding of the problem. Would definitely would call them again, hopefully wont need to.

AK restoration is SPECTACULAR! My husband and I found water dripping from our smoke detector late at night so we called and Chris was able to come over and arrived within 15 minutes of calling. He was able to diagnose the problem and put is both at ease for the remainder of the night. Thank you for all you do! Very much appreciated!

I highly recommend this company! Chris came out for an inspection the same day I called. He walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions. He left a dehumidifier and hepa air filter on site to begin the drying process right away until he could get back to complete the project a few days later. He was able to come back to do the work sooner then he thought.
