Mike came out to help with our situation with toxic mold in our crawlspace, we needed a very carefully done remediation done as I suffered mold mycotoxin sickness and this was what was required by the doctor to treat me. Mike was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of information we never knew that is important to know for preventing these issues. He did a great job in remediating our crawlspace and fogging our home and carpets. When we had a mycotoxin test done afterwards it came back in the clear, and even the PROAC people who were replacing elements of our duct system in the crawlspace mentioned how great he did at the remediation. Highly recommend for mold removal.

We experienced an early morning sewage water backup into our finished basement from a plugged sewer line. Mike showed up within a couple hours after the call and went to work immediately to minimize the loss. Within a couple hours he had removed the water from the floors and began the extended clean up and drying process. He returned every day to monitor the progress and perform further needed steps to get our basement clean and dry asap. Mike is very knowledgeable, certified in many areas and well trained. He provided the insurance company with all the details of the loss and Remediation work. He was dealing with multiple jobs, but we were treated professionally and expediently. I highly recommend this man and company!!

Mike and team are friendly, knowledgeable, responsible, professional, and, most of all, thorough. I can’t recommend them enough. We had dangerous lead dust in our basement after a renovation, and Mike saved the day. He explained every detail of the standards and process they would use to remediate the lead dust. They then went to work with serious HEPA vacs and cleaning agents to address the issue. We had recently moved, and our basement was full of boxes. Not only did they clean the hazardous lead from the basement floor but they also vacuumed and cleaned each item we had down there. Not only was our basement made safe for our kids, all of our stuff was organized neatly as well. I can’t speak highly enough of Mike and team.

The owner is an honest friendly guy. He really knows what he’s doing, he’s great at communicating, and he is very thorough. I’m not sure you could find anyone better at what they do. I would recommend him and his company to anyone.

A water line broke in my fully finished basement and caused havoc. Mike Coogan, the owner at Rainbow International, was dispatched by my insurance company to handle the cleanup. He and his team showed up within an hour and immediately went to work. Throughout the entire process Mike kept us informed of each step, was very professional and always showed up when he promised. He and his team were able to get everything cleaned up and ready for the next step within a few days and we couldn’t have had a better experience! If you ever have a choice in restoration companies, we HIGHLY recommend Mike and his team.

We had water damage in our basement family room. They were very prompt, courteous and efficient. Explained exactly what they were doing and did a great job of removing the damaged carpet and some drywall. They also had equipment to check for hidden moisture in walls and did an excellent job of drying everything and cleaning up.

I was very impressed with the prompt and courteous service we received. Our dog vomited all over our brand new sofa and we couldn’t get the smell out of it. They came in and treated the sofa and the smell was completely gone. Price was very reasonable too.
