Santiago, Brian and their project manager Marcos completed the awesome task of removing my 500 lb. Cast iron tub without hurting themselves or my home! Just wow. So thankful for this extremely professional and clean crew and their beautiful work! My shower area is now free from all mold and I am so very grateful and ready to start watching their rebuild crew restore the bathroom. Yay, thank you Paul Davis!

If you can go with someone else I would recommend finding someone else, reading reviews and getting someone else. This company has some smooth talkers, but doesn’t actually follow through with what they say they are going to do. Also remember if you are the customer, YOU decide what is to be done not what the company and insurance is deciding for you which is exactly how I felt by the end. They were more concerned by what they were going to get from the insurance, than what the expectations were from the customer. It was disappointing Paul Davis started strong, however did not complete what was said that was going to be done, I was told it would be E2E (end to end) work with little or no delays, probably a week, maybe two. Asked for estimates, and trickery on their part, they said they were assigned, little did I know that they actually called my insurance and got themselves assigned. The promises of end to end work was what we expected, and they were only here to do water extraction, and did not let their next person know on the repairs until over a day later, even though it was requested. I let them know before the place was dry to please get the other team over here so that we have no delays in service or support, That did not happen, work for water extraction was done on a Tuesday, the repair person just for a quote didn’t come in till Friday. Repair man was less than friendly when my husband was not here, but once he did get here his tune changed a bit. They got their repair guy in he stated well if you want to write me a $5000 check I’ll get started right away. I said ok, it’s been a week I still have not received an estimate. Further once my husband came in when the repair guy was here taking photos, I let him know what the repair guy had said, the repair guys blatantly interrupted and stated “oh no that’s not the actual cost I was just trying to scare you so that we could go through the insurance instead of you paying out of pocket.” I was shocked but that, and thought how could you do that to people, that are going through the amount of stress in an emergency situation like that. It was sad, and horrible experience. They left things incomplete, I was offered a call back directly to the boss of the PM, which I did call, and did not receive a call back. I asked to see what exactly they charged and I still have not received that information. The extraction has been done since 5.21 today is 5.31 and still have not received even a phone call from Paul Davis. Sad, I trusted what I was being told, I would not recommend Paul Davis anytime soon, I thought they were actually a trustworthy company now I see I shouldn’t always trust. Isiah was great, Keith was great in the beginning until I found out he was only telling me what I wanted to here there wasn’t going to actually be any follow through, Zach couldn’t be bothered with a call back. James from restoration was the one who said he was working with the scare tactic, and still hasn’t got back to us. I waited for over a week to write this review in hopes they would make it right, and nada. I am further waiting to see their final bill to my insurance, as a customer we have a right to know all information.

Paul Davis did an amazing job! Keith, Jude and Isaiah were very knowledgeable, helpful, professional and very friendly. They took extremely god care of my home and made sure my family was safe from exposure to mold.

My mom’s house caught on fire in February 2023. Paul Davis was brought on board by her insurance. The company as a whole was there to help me through this process. It would take a whole year to rehab this house. Paul Davis content manager Nena and the techs Cody, David A Rael, Gerald, Israel were very helpful. Cody was there at the beginning. He saw the devastation I was going through with this fire. I was extremely GREATFUL that my mom was not hurt, but this was a lot to take in for me. Mena and her techs delivered part of the items to my home and helped load a trailer and then met us in the southwest valley to unload our trailer. What a TEAM!!!!! Extremely professional and Extremely Helpful. Thank You SOOOOOO Very Much. Cathy

We had the pleasure to work with the Paul Davis team the summer of 2023, and recently had the work to our garage completed. We had a fire that caused quite a bit of damage to our garage. I called Paul Davis several days after the damage happened, and quickly received a call back from James Retter asking when he could come by to give us an estimate. He came by later that afternoon, along with his two associates, Craig Swan, and Zack Dozier. I was very impressed with how quickly the team pulled together to come and meet with me. They were all very knowledgeable and willing to have their teams get started quickly to get our garage repaired. I received communication from James with an initial estimate which I was very thankful for. We had the mitigation work start that next week. Craig and Zack’s teams worked hard to deal with our personal belongings and to take our interior walls down to the studs. This was a lot of work for the team. We had many professional, hard working, and kind individuals work on our garage (Bradley, Conner, Keith, Cody).These employees did a lot of the work early on in the process. Once the mitigation was done I was working closely with James Retter. He has been so kind, patient, and willing to work with me to answer all of our questions and keep the work moving. He was able to schedule all of the sub contractors in a timely way. I really appreciate how he always kept me informed. James sent several guys from his team to finish work in the garage. David, Zack, and Donovan. David came by several times and did a great job. He kept me informed and always was so kind and willing to answer any questions I had. I appreciate all the guys on James’s team. I also really appreciate the very nice receptionist in the office, I came into the office quite frequently to drop off payments and paperwork. She was very kind and always very helpful. I would recommend the Paul Davis Company and Team to handle any type of home repairs needed.
